If your penis is being stretched.. Why can’t it expand equally as much?

For some folks it can. The “length comes easier than girth” model is not true for everyone.

Maybe because girth exercises “should” be done at some erection level. During an erection the tunica is more stiff, more resistable and less deformable.

Of course there are other reasons involved too.

I am the more typical, easier length gainer. But yeah, everybody is different. Some folks gain length from exercises I think of as being “girth-centric”. I think of pumping as being best for gaining girth, but then some dude like Titleist comes along and gains mostly length from it. PE really is like a box of chocolates…..

Totally disagree. I think it has lot to do with your tissues.

Girth comes so easy in my case. Length doesnt.
I´ve gained around 1 cm in girth with just 20 clamping sessions

But gained 1 cm in length or maybe a bit more, in 8 months of extender, hanging, and other tortures.

I gained just over an inch in girth thanks to pumping, but just under an inch using an extender.

Girth has a bigger impact on your total volume. It is therefore reasonable to suggest there is more penis to grow to gain girth than to gain length.
