Width vs Girth
Is girth the wrong lateral measurement to shoot for when individuals have a downward curve or under-developed CS?
The widely accepted measurement of girth works under the assumption that the penis is shaped like a cylinder, and online tools such as The Visualizer seem to model the penis as such. However, I would argue that any increases in girth resulting from growth in the CS are “wasted” gains since they don’t directly contribute to an increase in female pleasure during standard P in V sex. If you consider that the width of a penis is what pushes on the walls of the vagina to create that stretching feeling and that vaginas are much longer vertically than they are wide, width is what should be pushed for more specifically than girth.
My main reason for going down this thought track is because I have a downward curve which limits the ability of my CS to expand. I would almost consider my CS “under-developed” compared to individuals who I see with an upward curve that generally have a very large and pronounced CS. I’ve engaged in exercises that target the CS such as Angion but the issue doesn’t seem to be EQ related as much as structural to my member. My girth measurements are slightly above average, however I have a larger width than my girth would give me credit for. I can easily pack the walls of a 1.75” pump tube, which means that using 2πr my girth “should” be closer to 5.5”. So my CS is basically robbing me of almost a quarter of an inch of girth.
Has anybody else come across this issue, and should we be trying to focus on increasing width more than universally increasing girth?
