Will a compression extender & ADS be enough?
I’ve been doing PE off and on for about two years now, going through several devices in the process. I currently have a flaccid stretched length of a little over 20 cm, and my goal is 23 cm (~9 in) non-bone-pressed erect length. My routine consists of manual stretches, compression hanging, compression extending, and then at least 5 hours in an ADS.
Do you think that compression hanging is essential to reach my goal? I’m currently hanging with about 12 lbs, but this quickly irritates the glans, so I usually just do one set before moving on to compression extending. I tolerate compression extending much better.
Any advice?
