Totalman Compression Extender Kit
I use LG to hang, figuring out the right way to wrap (Uncut) but it seems pretty nicely built.
I wanted to add non vacuum techniques as Marlon suggested to rest 3-4 hrs between sessions.
Total man was offering 40% off. I ordered on Sunday, received it today. Just 5 days shipping from Australia to US.
I plan to use it as an extender, not gonna hang. Goal is 2-3 lbs @6 hrs per day.
The extender:
First time using rod based extender and it seems pretty good. The only con is fixed length.
It came with no instruction so I have asked him for tension details. The rods seems strong and the plastic parts can be ignored.
The Hanger:
Its a plastic hanger inspired by Bib. Its pretty decent and does the Job.
Far better than traditional strap/noose. I wrapped Theraband the Bib way and attached it. It does need WFG.
Cons:
The plastic seems pretty cheap.
Getting off is cumbersome, need to unscrew both.
I heard a snap when I didn’t tightened it properly. Nothing broken yet.
No adjustments for girth like Bib.
Accessories:
Came with 10” length, 1” diameter sleeve. Not gonna use it. LG sleeves are far better..
