Will Hanging eliminate any potential gains from extender?

Hey All,

I’ve been doing JP90 for a month now but with a change in work I am not have a lot of time to dedicate to manual exercises. So my question to you great people is will hanging affect extender gains? I know both are show to work but I can’t quite commit the 8 hour days right now for extending but I can starting next January. SO, I’ve been thinking about starting to hang since the time commitment is a lot less but I don’t want to to get penis to conditioned to that kind of pull strength if that would affect extender gains.

I’m 6.1 in right now and would like to get around 1.5 to 2 inches over the next few years if possible and would like to go about it in the most efficient way and maximize my newbie gains! I would love some feed back from you all!

Also I know I haven’t conditioned as much as I should so I’m a little worried about hanging and getting injured so would appreciate some input there.
