I have been PEing since April 04’. I started with the JES extender, wearing it for about 2 hours a day after work. I really didn’t see any gains with that expensive contraption. I then stumbled across Thunder’s around August or so. I started to incorporate a Jelq routing and noticed a slight gain after a month or so. I bought a pump a few weeks back, but after reading a few threads in the member’s section and pumpers section, I feel I may have wasted my money, since no pumper’s (ones that did nothing but pump….no jelqing, etc) really didn’t achieve any permanent gains. In September, I started trying an ADS where I would wrap my dick with a self adhesive bandage, and attach a shoestring to it, then tie it off just below my knee. I could sit at my desk and get a nice stretch going, but it got to be a pain when I had to use the restroom. I would have to go in the stall and act like I was taking a crap just to untie the string from my leg and “free” myself to take a piss. I really didn’t notice any gains from doing that.

I guess my question is can I really see results if I just sticking to Jelqing in the morning before going to work (incorporated with a little stretching)? I know the key to PEing is to be patient since it takes time, but as for myself, I don’t have the time to dedicate 1, 2 or 3 hours a day to PEing.

I would say you will see gains over time if you stick with a constaint routine. My advise would be to stretch more and jelq less though, or jelq while very flaccid to give more of a stretch.

I start my jelqing routing when I am about 50% erect, but will just start from the flaccid state to allow more of a stretch. Besides, it takes a few minutes to “get it up”, so I can save myself some time by starting in the flaccid state. Anyone else have an opinion?
