Thats exactly right. Check out the totalman website he has a detailed video about how you can wear it and how it works. It is also much wider so its easy to wear it with any attachment method and there is enough room for a heating pad. Its using rubber string/bands for traction instead of springs, witch seemed weird at first but so far i love it, much better than having to tighten nuts/screws. I have been using mine for a few weeks and so far I’m very happy.

Thanks, I will check that out. I wonder if the rubber bands are longer than the springs, so the tension doesn’t change as much with the length?

You mean with the length of the bars? You will get higher tension the longer you make the bars because the elastic cord that the hook is attached to will be stretched out more.

This is how you use it: you make it long enough that you get close to desired tension, and then as you need, you add more rubber to increase tension. So in essence you dont really need to keep changing out the bars, you can just add more booster bands.

There are some marked line and a chart that tell you how much tension its producing, but i found that hard to read. I just measured approximately how far it was streched when it was attached to my penis, then used a fishing scale to measure the tension.
