Will this work? May prevent testicles in tube penis pumping.

Hi, long-time reader who took a long hiatus and now getting back into PE for various reasons.

I am getting back into pumping too and during some research came across this device. I remember testicle involvement being a problem when I would go up in tube size after packing smaller ones. Powders, avoiding scrotum lubes, etc. Had helped but sometimes still was a problem.

This one is called an EZ ring and I think Osbon makes it. I am not a rep or in anyway affiliated. Just a reader interested in exploring this solution.
It seems pretty ingenious actually and wanted to know if anyone had some experience with something like it? It seems like a vacuum tube seal and penis ring all-in-one.
Anyone else making these to fit other tubes?
Anyone come up with a DIY version to custom fit tubes I already own?
