Wilson's Disease Medication Causing Penis Enlargement?

A few weeks back I was searching on Reddit for penis enlargement posts and stumbled on one post where a user explained that his brother, having a rare disease known as Wilson’s disease, experienced penis enlargement as a side-effect of the medication he needed to take.

Now I’m unsure if the user was joking or making this up, and even worse I can no longer even find the post I found this information on, but I decided to look into it either way.

I got most of my information on the disease from the following website:
https://raredis eases.org/rare- … wilson-disease/

And from there the three medications needed to treat the disease are penicillamine (Cuprimine) or trientine dihydrochloride (Syprine), zinc salts, and
Tetrathiomolybdate.

Now I distinctly remember the user in the post only mentioning Syprine, and from reading the rare diseases website, is clear that it is used to remove excess copper in the blood via urinary excretion.

If Syprine really was the drug responsible in causing penis enlargement, if the Reddit post had any merit at all, then it falls in-line with other gains made by people using DMSO with vitamins and minerals, as I would assume the absorption of copper into the penile tissues, as must be present when excreting copper from the blood through the urine when using Syprine and Cuprimine, would also be similarly simulated when topically absorbing vitamins and minerals including copper using DMSO.

Which is the reason I’m posting really as I have no background in chemistry, biology or pharmacology, and wondered if any more experienced or knowledgable persons could maybe provide information on the mechanisms of the drug or if this is impossible altogether.

Sorry if this is in the wrong sub forum.

Thank you

Treating excess copper is important. Now if a normal person were to use that it would deplete the body of needed copper and go look at what that will do.

I don’t need to know what side effects a healthy person using these drugs will face, but rather the mechanism by which penis enlargement gains occurs using these drugs, and if it can be translated or replicated safely using other similar drugs or protocols, such as topical DMSO application including copper minerals.

Without the actual Reddit post, this thread falls short.

Yeah I’m struggling to find it, the only information on penis enlargement on the Reddit post was the user mentioning that his brother was well endowed as penis enlargement was a side effect of the medication he was taking, and since the only medication actually listed on the post was Syprine, this post can’t have fallen too short.

Either way it’s likely the wrong sub forum and I was really just hoping that someone experienced or who had knowledge of these types of drugs could chip in or provide their opinions on this.

Zinc, mentioned as one of the treatments, is involved in testosterone production. In the 70s, Flintstone vitamins had excessive zinc levels and some kids got precocious puberty as a side effect. If the brother mentioned in the article is around that age, treatment with zinc could be a factor in a sudden growth spurt.

I don’t see where a topical application has any similarity to an internal ingested medication.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Yeah this could very well be it, he didnt share his brother’s age so this might explain it

If you somehow topically apply copper minerals using DMSO onto the penis I’d say it’s safe to assume that some of the copper minerals would absorb into the penile tissues.

If you have elevated copper levels in the blood, and take a medication which makes you excrete the excess copper through your urine, I’d say it’s also safe to assume some of the copper in your urine will also absorb into the penile tissues when flowing through the urethra.

The issue is what you’d say is guesstimating based on a side effect that likely requires unique physiology and metabolism. You’re trying to back track it with things you can control and possibly replicate. When in fact it is likely unduplicatable because it’s a unique reaction based on an illness he has and his particular body.

There isn’t a medical basis for this. More wishful thinking as absorbtion is more complex than simply add and subtract.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.
