Hi been doing PE for about 18 months now and about six months ago I decided to invest in a bathmate. Now I was expecting the skin darkening but in the last couple of weeks I have developed small white dots on one side of my penis I can’t really feel them but they don’t look very pleasant any ideas what they are .I also jelq for 20 minutes daily thanks for reading

Without pictures it is kind of hard to help you. Most people have follicles on their shaft and sometimes will look almost like white sesame seeds under the skin.
