Worse Flaccid when standing

Hello guy,
I wanted to share an observation with you and ask if some of you expercience the same thing.
I noticed that when I’m standing that my flaccid is more shrinked than when I’m sitting.
Does someone experience the same thing? Do you know what could be the reason for that?

I notice the same, I suppose it’s because some muscles tighten when standing up and impede blood flow, but haven’t found an exact reason yet.

I have the same issue too,

I noticed that most of the time when im standing my PC muscles are tight and if i try to relax them my flaccid hangs lower instantly.

There’s a way to fix that. Start going commando.

It’s the same for me since I’ve been going lazy mode with computer and no activity for couple years.

@nanineu is right, the blood flow issue is caused by tense pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is also a postural muscle so it explain why when you stand if it’s weak or not properly assisted it’s a bit overworked and blood flow is suffering.

It could be directly weak pelvic floor, could be pelvic tilt, weak glutes, tight psoas, piriformis….

what do you mean go commando?
