Wow, PE And a question; missed a session

Wow.

I started PE about 4 weeks ago now, did almost two weeks of the newbie routine with instant EQ improvement, I was amazed! Then I had a raunchy week away with the girlfriend, so no PE in that week, and I’ve just started up again on Monday. I love the way my cock feels so full nowadays, I haven’t measured yet and I doubt I will for a while, but it’s such a great feeling to have such a ‘weight’ in my trousers. It rocks!

So casting my new love affair for PE aside, I have a quick question.

What do you guys do if you unavoidably miss a routine? For instance, if I was doing 2 days on 1 day off, but missed the second day, would I PE in the third day and miss my rest day, giving me 3 days on in a row? I hope this makes sense.

Hey Tidge! I’m glad you are enthusiastic about PE like that, and that you like the results.

Concerning the on/off thing - don’t worry too much about it. PE is a marathon, not a race. The important thing is to pay attention to how your penis feels. So, if you miss for instance your second on day, yes you can do it on your third day. But if your penis feels tired, it may be even good to have 2 days off.
Some people here, including myself, find it even beneficial to switch on and off days so your penis can’t get used to the exercises.

But anyway, try to be as consistent as you can, but don’t worry if you skip a day. It’s not the end of the world, and you won’t grow less because of that missed day.

Thanks for the great advice chicken. I was really careful to read as much as I could on over training and PI’s and the like before I started. The last thing I want is a bloated but useless unit. I really have realised how much of a marathon this is, but that’s no bother to me, I do distance running anyway! I’m watching the condition of my penis very carefully to monitor any changes. I’m just looking forward to all the positive indicators propping up my bed sheets in the morning!

Yeah, perhaps it might! I’m kind of scared of those things at the moment though, no mechanical PE for a while I think. Newbie routine all the way!
