Recently, I have also discovered an Arabic way of penis-enlargement called JELQUING. Now I know, there are many other sites that I could go to get this information, but I am reluctant to dish out the money to gain access to these sites (also I’m a real cheap ass). I was wondering how exactly the JELQ is performed, and if there are any precautionary measures I should take when performing the JELQ. A quick review of how a penis is put together may clear up much of the confusion regarding penis enlargement. Enclosed in a case of skin, the penis is made of nerves, blood vessels, fibrous tissue, smooth muscle, and three cylindrical bodies of spongy tissue that fill with blood when a man has an erection. There is no bone, and there is some skeletal muscle at the base of the penis. Books and web sites advocate exercises practiced “since ancient times” to lengthen the penis. These exercises are exoticizations of basic masturbation techniques used by boys and men the world over that have no effect on penis size. “Jelq” is portrayed as an “Arabian” technique involving either wrapping the index finger and thumb around the base of the penis and pulling up, or just pinching the penis with the index finger and thumb and pulling up. “Jojido” is an “exotic Japanese” technique similar to Jelq. “Hyperestimiology” appears to be a made-up word and doesn’t exist. However, these exercises all operate on the premise that the penis is a muscle that can be toned and buffed similar to your biceps. But, for better or worse, the smooth muscle of the penis cannot be exercised. So, work out all you please, just don’t expect anything bigger at the end of the month.



This made me wanna quit it for good cause these are heath experts giving you a answer and they don’t have any kind of product to sale. Like it worked for me but when I first read this in 2003 it almost made me quit. I bring this up cause I really do believe it’s some truth to it. I think it works for some but others can workout their penis year after year and see nothing.

This answer appears to me to not have taken several things into account.

First, we don’t believe the penis can be toned or buffed for enlargement. Although it is well known, even possibly in medical circles, that kegels can improve erection and ejaculation quality. But we all know kegels alone won’t grow your dick, and don’t claim that.

The two factors that can be manipulated for enlargement are the spongy tissue, and the ligaments attached to the penis. (I notice your doctor didn’t mention ligaments, unless that’s what “fibrous tissue” was). Jelqing both puts some pressure on the ligaments (which we’d like to stretch, although hanging or stretching would target this to a greater degree) and pressure on the spongy tissue (I know there’s a more scientific name, like corpus cavernosa or something).

The premise is not that the penis is a “muscle” otherwise every ‘roid head would have a huge dick. The premise is that the penis can be stretched. In the same way that some tribes stretch their lips out to gargantuan proportions using wooden disks. It just takes pressure and time. Missing the real premise is your doctor’s biggest mistake, or perhaps the fault of the site you linked him to, which may be run by someone who really hasn’t looked at the science side of this.

I’d be highly interested to know what the doctor would say if you replied with that.

Either me or Dr. Alice must have completely misunderstood NPE. Just like ShaggyDog I thought that it was about expanding the tunica and ligaments, not building muscles.

I have asked that Alice a lot of questions before and she always gives me very well written and punctuated bullshit. She owns a website and looks online for her answers, she is full of myths and only occasionally hits the nail on the head. Why would all us members spend everyday on a site just to make people think they can grow their dick?

Another reason why these people think it don’t work is because they try jelqing for X amount of time, which isn’t long enough obviously. We don’t claim to be able to give you a 20 inch dick from jelqing for 3 months. We also have nothing to gain from making you believe its true, we are just here to give you a chance to try it and share what we have. We lose nothing from you not gaining anything, we just try to help, ok?

Another answer I got from some medical site is that jelqing does nothing more than

destroying elastic fibers, they said that these fibers will loose their elasticity and

just hang out a little longer, but the penis will loose it’s elastic abilities.

My favorite answer is from RFSU, the NGO for sexual education in Sweden. Very serious, only good deeds and no bullshit. BUT when I read about penis enlargement, they give the usual “not a muscle” response and add that “it is possible to stretch the tissues, but what you gain in length you loose in girth, the volume remains the same”.

I think that is a rather neat way to admit to the logic of stretching tissue while at the same time claim that it won’t work anyway.
