Your Gains

Your Gains

I’m not making this post to be impatient. I simply just want to gauge the average. When did you guys first notice PE gains? In any form. Be it, EQ, Length, girth, flaccid size, erection duration, etc. When was yours if you can recall? And did it stay that way or was it temporary that day?

Flaccid:NBPL 5 or 6" NBPEL- 7 or 8" E girth- 6" or 7"

But, you are being impatient. You can use the search bar and find this sort of information. This is far from the first thread of its kind. There are calculations users have made that go through this as well.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I suggest doing a thorough read up on a whole bunch of progress reports. You’ll find out a lot and most importantly learn a lot.

Sorry yall. I know its frustrating to keep sending newbies to directories. I’m on mobile and some features are “hidden” I.e. to make a new post I have to go to someone elses to do that from there. But yeah I’ll start taking a look around before I post. I’m really sorry

About 4/5 months…PE takes a long time. I don’t reccomend being impatient.

I forgot to ask you: is it ok to kegel everyday throughout the day? I feel as though those are harmless and are only beneficial to you. So you can’t go wrong right?

You can go wrong, as any other muscle, you can overtrain your BC muscle aswell, only in this case you will not be aware you overtrained it before it is too late.

Follow the newbie routine, do not increase your workouts on your own, at least not too soon, if you accept PE as a long run you will understand that you will have plenty of time later to do some extremely advanced things, but you need to make your way to get there.

Got it. Thanks. I’m doing the linear routine but I don’t think they included kegels how many is a good amount? And how long should i hold them?

You can start with 30-50 kegels, holding from 3 to 5 second each. Your gains doesn’t depend so much on kegels, but they are indirectly related.

It varies from person to person. I started noticing gains within a week or two but that’s mostly because I’m really just getting back into PE and not starting from scratch to my initial gains where more like restoring length and girth than anything

Is the linear routine less effective than the newbie routine? It seems almost as if I did nothing. But its only been two days. Where as in the past when I did the newbie routine from PEgym I felt sore for a while even the next day. So is there a middle ground? Or does the newbie routine and linear routine garner the same results depending on persistence? It just feels TOO newbie if you catch my drift.

We know what you mean. There are people who tried both, gentle approach and rough one, meaning they did lighter workouts as well as tough ones. They gained both way but they said lighter is much better approach. Once you build your way up real slow, you are leaving more room for the future, long term potential gains. So it depends if you have short term goals or long ones, you have to choose your approach. However original newbie routine might be too much for many beginners, and linear, you can start there and add 10-20 jelqs a week, and 1 min of stretching and soon enough you will be facing more exhausting workouts, but with good ground beneath it, so to say.

Choice is all yours.

You should also practice Reverse Kegels so that your BC muscle gets balanced.

Reverse kegel is to push your urine out with more force than normal peeing.

While Kegel is to hold back your urine.

But dont overdo Kegels esepecially as they might cause Premature Ejaculation.

Good Luck Bro.
