It’s hard to say because I don’t get any gains for a couple of months and than I measure and I gained and .25 so I can’t say for sure. I’m not a fast gainer I’m a slow and steady gainer. If your thinking what the “F” a cheesy .25 gain, well do the math If you gained a cheesy .25 every 2 months in one year that is 1.5 inches and if you keep up the gains 3 inches in 2 years.
