I have started doing 1 on 1 off last week after almost 3 months of minimal gains at best. Immediately I noticed a difference in erection strength and I gained almost 1/8 in 6 days. I am convinced that something good will come from 1 and 1 that wasn’t happening before. Maybe I needed a routine change or just less PE but I will be sticking with it for a while I think.
I have been hanging slightly more weight, jelqing for about 10 min. Then I don’t touch it for a whole day after. I guess the theory I am testing is going hard and heavy one day, then resting. Kinda like weight lifting really if you think about it.
