I see what you are saying. I definitely believe that PE is meant to be firm, gentle and consistent. I would NEVER recommend three hours of pumping at 12 HG to ANYONE. Do _NOT_ do it. I survived, thankfully. :-) All I meant to point out is that I attribute the survival to the fact that my penis maintained a lot of internal pressure since I didn’t blow my load. That is merely one simple example of the power behind non-ejaculation. Thank you for pointing out my error in communicating! I definitely do not advocate beating up the penis; quite the contrary, actually!

I believe the penis should be hard as a brick at least 2-3 times daily. And I personally enjoy having no refractory period whatsoever. I have a feeling that other guys wouldn’t mind being able to have sex all night long instead of for three minutes, or if they’re doing good, 20 minutes.

I have to say that rule number one is nonsense. Ejactlation on a regular basis is healthy for a man. Men who have sex ( and ejaculate) several times a week are healthier and live longer. Now, I do withhold ejaculation for extended periods during masturbation and sex. Doing this causes the Ki that flows into the one spot to pool up and, when I do choose to cum, I am left with a surplus because only so much Ki passes out during orgasm. That’s why I’m never sleepy after sex. Rather, I feel energized. If I’m totally wiped out after work and have stuff to do and no time to rest, a good wank peps me right up.

You really have to watch making blanket statements about ejaculation and masturbation. All of us are different. If I don’t get it VERY frequently ( at the very least, intercourse every other day and daily masturbation) I can’t even function.

The other thing: smoking. Also a personal thing, despite government propaganda that allows them the right to tax smokers without mercy. I smoke a pipe and backwoods cigars. When my mom was in the hospital a year or two ago they gave her one. I asked the nurse what it should be for a man my age. It was around 2/3 of the cylinder. I maxed it out. She says,” I can tell you don’t smoke.” I just laughed and set her straight . Of course, I do practice martial arts and am extremely active.

But what I’m getting at is that the two above “rules” aren’t really hard fast rules. They are opinions.

It is pretty well accepted around here that you want to maintain expansion / stretch for as long after your workout as possible to allow the tissue to heal in an expanded state. It is not ejaculation itself that is bad, in fact you NEED to ejaculate to maintain a healthy reproductive system, just try and do it as far away from you workout as possible.

It’s individual, of course, you should listen to your penis. I like having flawless EQ for sex so I avoid masturbating too much.

I agree with this. It’s easy to tell based on your own experimentation what frequency of ejaculation makes you feel best and gives you the best penis function. This will differ from man to man.

I am familiar with Tantra and Taoist sex practices. Some of the ideas there are truly golden but some are merely dogmatic mistical hoo doo. The idea that you should never ejaculate during masturbation… If you look back through my many posts in other threads, you will see that I also have no refractory period (I’ve always been like that). I only recently ( a few years ago) read about Tantra and Taoist sex practices. I have absolute orgasm control…I believe Kingpole called my techique ( which I discovered on my own) the Golden Seal. You saw my last post on here about my ejaculation practices. Ejaculation is simply not this evil thing.

A lot of different cultures have developed ideas about sex or orgasm, either frequency or just the thing itself, being detrimental. Years ago , high school and college coaches used to forbid their players to have sex or even associate with girls because it would ruin them as players. In the 18oos female orgasm was considered a myth and Drs got the pleasure of getting married women off with their fingers because they needed orgams and weren’t getting them. It was considered stress relief and not thought to be sexual at all.

What about for those of us that have no refractory period? Our body isn’t sending the message to the penis to shrink after orgasm.

Never effects my EQ.

It’s a well known fact that most men have refractory periods, and there are studies that have shown that a great majority of men last about three minutes in bed.

Dude, I swear to God I pumped for three hours and I ended at 12 HG. Normally, I pump at 3-4 HG for about 30-40 minutes. And dude, I gained that 15 pounds of muscle with that product I told you all about. On top of that, I was lifting weights every day and eating a lot of low-fat high-protein food. Now I’ve started doing Jiu-Jitsu and I’ve lost about three pounds which is upsetting. After I quit that product, I haven’t gained any additional weight whatsoever (althought I’m taking a different weight gainer and other products). Thankfully I’ve kept most of it up, but like I said, I’m down to about 173.5 right now which needs to get straightened out. I think I may have gotten up to 177 lbs before I dropped a bit.
