12 month results

I began exactly 12 months ago, August 26, 2003. I gained approximately .5 inches in length, and .25 inches in girth.

Before: 6.75 x 6.125

After: 7.25 x 6.375

I have experimented with various routines, rest days, rest cycles, exercises, etc.

Ultimately, I would like another inch in length, if possible. It will probably take about 4 years since I think gains will be even slower now. I would be extremely happy with 3/8 a year, pleased with 1/4. Good luck to everyone, and remember, these results are not atypical.

Have you tried hanging?

Congrats Rushmore. I’m going to measure for the first time in 6 months soon, to be honest, I cant tell 100% that I gained anything.

If I didn’t gain, I might need a support group to talk me off the ledge. I have been consistent and tried different things, and altered my “training” to my family schedule and my lack of pe privacy.

If it takes you 4 years, I’ll hang (no pun intended) in there with you, and do the same.

I appreciate you posting your info, I admit to being envious when some of our Brothers in PE get some quick gains, but I still root for, and am happy for them, as I hope they root for me.

Hey dude, you’ve got to try hanging, it’ll get you faster results. You can maybe expect 3/8 of and inch in 5 months if you do it right so definetly consider it…make you a wench.

Yup, try hanging for length results, then, when you hit 8.5”, then work out to get some girth. Belive me, hanging is the fastest way to get length :)

I built a wench awile ago, but never really gave hanging a try. I just felt there was not enough time to do it correctly.
