I think if you go bananas on girth gains you’ll get to 5.75”-6” girth. Trust, a 6” girth is huge in the real world, and it’s what women FEEL. What exploded my girth was clamping and pumping, I would alternate the sets.

But you said 3 in gain isn’t likely. I would have to gain 1.75 in to get 6 girth that’s also out there too what do you think?

Hi, your stats say you gained an inch in height? So you are a young guy?

If that is right, you don’t need to stress about your current size. You have so much time ahead of you where you can refine your PE training and add as much size as you want.

It looks like in your first 1.8 years of training you gained some good size, some of which was newbie gains like stretching out the ligaments etc. Now it slows down a bit, so you need to relax and be patient, and just try to enjoy your training and let the gains happen.

Maybe you should post some info about your current training and people can help with suggestions?

Thanks I’ll be 20 in a few months, added additional half an inch too but not were it matters lol.
My old routine just changed it, few days ago. Was 20 min jelqing. Because of privacy I couldn’t stay in the bathroom much longer than 30 mins. That routine broke the 6in mark for me, but I think it’s time to change it.

I’ll add more heat and more stretches to that routine. Your critic is much welcomed and appreciated

If you got ALL of your gains from jelqing then you have more length gains ahead of you. You’ll need an extenders such as the monkey bars or a vacuum hangar. I’d start with the extender and do it around bed time or naps.

I believe there might be another inch gains for you. Until then do stretches. Grab behind the glans and stretch it long for 60-120seconds, rest your grip and go at it again. Get 30 Minutes in.

The reason extenders and hangars are better than stretches or jelqing is that it is a measurable, consistent force. You can also hold the force longer since there’s no hands to get tired.

Right now while you do your stretches warm your unit first using a warm wrag or a hand heater pad.

My only thought are maybe trying a longer decon break or try another device. Add different types of manuals.

No I started with stretching and switched to jelqing but never hanged or used extender.

As already said; Time, time and more time. It took me almost 2 years to gain approx 1.5 inches as well. Now I’ve just today invested in a infrared lamp as heat isn’t something I’ve focused on at all and hope that will do the trick in me gaining another 0.5- 1 inch. Will use it doing manual exercises and try to incorporate it while extending as well. Maybe adding such a good heat source might do the trick as infrared lighting really goes deep in the tissue making your penis more pliable when doing your exercises.

If you haven’t tried extending for length I highly recommend it as it’s that which gave me the majority of my length gains. But you’ve gotta have enough hours in the day to reap the benefits of it and be patient. Its a pretty safe bet to gain some extra length as long as you’ve got time and stay persistent.

Also going to invest in a long pump where’s there’s not too much room for girth expansion leaving my penis only one route to go, as in upwards and longer.

Doing that after reading about the great length gains titleist has had by pumping alone, also I’ve gotten some length gains from using a BM already. I got like 0.25 inches in 2- 3 weeks from it which I’ve kept even after not using the pump that much as of lately. Also I love how long and thick my flaccid stays after pumping for a few weeks. Maybe you could try out pumping as well if you haven’t done that before as it might ‘shock’ your penis into a growth spur like it did for me.

Anyhow, wish you the best of luck and hope you’ll find some peace of mind and not obsess over this, I used to do so myself and it’s not a good state of mind to be in. It may even be detrimental for your gains as well as your body produces stress hormones which ain’t good at all for gaining.

Breathe deep and think positive thoughts about yourself and your penis. And lest not forget you’ve already gained quite a bit, actually you’ve gained more than the norm so do your best to be happy with that. I know it might be easier said than done but the sooner you start this process the sooner you’ll feel good about yourself and your quite remarkable achievement in PE. Very good job you’ve done thus far.

I took some time off this site because of getting increasing size anxiety and dissatisfaction with my current size. I still used my ADS every day but stopped active pe for a few weeks. I really suggest getting a good stealthy ads (for example the esl40) use it everyday all the time for 2 months and don’t do any active PE or think too much of it during that time, I’m sure you’ll even gain some and decondition at the same time, I did.

You can do PE, just stop measuring for about 3 months. Fill your life with other activities your interested in to focus on. Do this without focusing on it.

How often should I be PEing I only PE three times a week I gained a little but I’ve only been doing it for two weeks

10 min warmup
5 min stretch (30 seconds in every directions to reach five minutes) (add A-stretch)

What should I add or remove?

if ur still 20 or so you might have a viable hormonal treatment thing. I’ve heard that hgh and seroidal stuff only works below a certain age while you are still in puberty. Do a whole ass load of reading before that tho.

you have gained 1.5” just from manual routine and never touched a hanger or extender then thats amazing!!
hanging or extending should help you get another 0.5” very easily.

Typical the 1st inch comes fast with newbie routine and shocking the ligaments,then things get tougher, of course there are outliers and freaks than may gain 3” during their PE career.


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

I have made 1.5 length gains and closing in on the two inch mark. And gains have come to a crawl, I spent two months PEing and barely got .125 gain, this was very discouraging as I hope to make 3 inch gains one day. I have used my extender more than “4000” hours so far + jelqs + squeeze.
More than 4 years non stop (5 days on - weekend off)
