4 - 5 Years Of PE

I would like to know on average, if anyone here has been doing PE consistentlyfor 4-5 years and not had a growth of 1.5” or more in BPEL ?

Again keyword is “consistently”.


1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)

31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)

I will be rounding up 4 years this August with a full inch gain.

I’ve sinned on my logs, they aren’t that much detailed with daily updates, but I’ve written down most of my journey.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

I can count in one hand how many days I’ve missed in those 4 years.

I planned and had two long deconditioning breaks and one short break, if I recollect right.

I would’ve had greater gains if I could stretch properly. It sucks to have a volatile penis that used to get erect while stretching.

So basically your stretching wasnt effective due to frequent erections during routine…..that makes sense. I hardly get erect while stretching, but will watch out for that, and ya i too feel my stretch intensity gets affected due to that.

I should add one more word actually…….”effectively”.

How many pursued PE consistently and effectively for 4-5 years and didnt see a 1.5”+ growth.

I’m only 2 months into my consistent schedule so unfortunately I have nothing to offer you other than this potential bump for your thread, which hopefully somebody else can give you the answers you’re looking for.

I’m not at four years yet but I’m closing in on it and my gains have been mainly girth. This is on me because my routines have been girth focused and I do believe I’m a hard length gainer. I kept gaining girth and I didn’t want to stop, it’s very addicting seeing gains. My girth gains do vary on whether I’ve PE’d but if I do my routine and use a cockring during sex which is my preference, I’ve gain over an inch of girth. Personally I love pumping and clamping.

Maybe due to the girth focussed routines your length gains were lesser. Do you think if you focussed maybe half of those 4-5 years on a length routine, you would have gained more ?

I dont understand, how could less replies be a good thing? I would imagine the more replies, the larger the data and the more accurate a conclusion you can come to in regards to your question.

Interesting idea, i’d like to know this too ^^

As for me, my routine is 95% length-related and I’m incredibly consistent. If it helps, i can return to this thread after the first phase of my attempt - this will be 4 months and 1 week from now and share with you my findings

Simple, cause I asked if there were those that were consistent during that timeframe and didnt see those results. So if anyone responds it would be if they didnt get achieve those gains. 😉

Yes it’s possible the only proof I have is when I was hanging, I gained a little length after a couple months of hanging. The problem with hanging is the amount of time you need to put in, between warm up, wrapping, applying the hanger, hanging a set, taking the hanger off, etc…two hours of hang time is actually about three with setting up. That’s a lot of time each day, as it is my usual routine takes well over an hour and I’m shorting it. I suspect if I stuck to hanging I’d of hit my length goal in less then a year.

Another theory I have is when I first came back to PE I started out using a bathmate and I feel the pressure from it made length gains harder for me hence the hanging. I used one for the first six months of PE and I think it toughened things up for me. This is where decon breaks are important.

Makes sense, however how long did you use the bathmate for, which you claim toughened your penis.

The first six months of PE maybe longer. I still use it from time to time and I feel it has its place but I don’t recommend it to anyone just starting out.
