Hello!

I am new to the PE. I am a Asian teenage(18 years old) that is not so confident about the size of my “dong”. I am not virgin and I have sex normally once a month. I’m not quite sure if my partner is satisfied by my size or not.

This is my stats 7th of July 2018

BPEL- 5.95 INCH

BPFSL- 5.8 INCH

EG- 5.1 INCH

And I am uncut

My EQ is really good(maybe too good). Even when I do PE it always wanted to be 100% erect(not so ideal). So I have to stop doing it. My veins are popping out normally. But I just want it a bit longer and thicker.

(I’ve done some research) My flaccid length is super short(2-3 inches)

My goal now are

Solid 7.5 inches BPEL

5.8 EG

I am studying high school so I don’t have more than 2 hours for PE everyday.

I know that PE is the matter of dedication and time. So I can wait for the result.

Welcome to Thunders. Your starting stats are pretty good certainly above average. Just stick with the newbie routine to begin with hopefully that should yield you some decent results to begin with.

Hi, you have similar size as me, I understand you, we think that we are small, but no, we are little above of average. So don’t worry, this size can definitely work for girls.

But, men always want to improve our virility, so begin with newbies routine, this can be done in less than 1 hour, and it works. I’m a newbie also with one month and I’m starting to grow.

Be constant, but with prudence. Be patient and you’ll be gaining too.

I like to be chronological, so here is my view:

1) 18 Y.O. is cool, as hormones most likely would boost your growth. I got an inch in 2 months in 19-20 YO, doing not best PE-exercises and without knowing this site.
2) ask your partner about satisfacton, ease-peasy)) But better you should know woman’s orgasm as a simple, visible thing - either she gets it or no
3) High school is good time, while 2 hours is TOO MUCH for PE daily. So, cut 30-40 minutes at max for PE and relax)

4) Check “Report” section, many good and detailed stories about gains and so on. Stretching should do half of work for you, but the best - learn the Angion Method in this section. It improves EQ, but also provides steady growth


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Welcome, for the love of god don’t exercise your penis with 100% erection, the only thing you might have from it is an injury.

It is normal to have a little flaccid length, in time it will improve.

You are just starting out, there is no need to do 1 hour a day even if you wanted to, stick to minimum exercise.

About your partner and in the matter of size of your penis and her orgasms, just make sure you are hitting it right, if you do and persist the motion, she will be happy and pleased.

I want to know what kind of beginner routine should I do? The same as in the beginner section?

I’ve done the first routine I’ve mentioned for the past 7 months, you can get decent gains if you are consistent.
Remember to warm up before you do PE, could be the difference between you gaining and not.

At 18, I think we all had really good EQ. At least for me, when all I needed to do was get naked and I’d be hard as a rock. I wish I had that problem now. One of the main things I’m hoping to get out of PE is improved EQ, as what good is a big penis that rarely gets fully hard, right? The most important advice I can give you is:

Don’t overdo it. Yes, this takes time and dedication, but doing too much, too often can lead to injury and setbacks.

Like others have said, start with the newbie routine. Do 2 days on, one day off. Days off are important so that your tissues can recover, heal, and hopefully grow.

HEAT is very important! It is the difference between gains and no gains, as well as injury and no injury. The easiest way to add heat is doing your routine in the shower, after you have soaked under hot water for at least 5 minutes. Keep adding heat throughout the routine to keep the tissues soft and stretchy, and your circulation up.

Once every few months, especially if you notice you have stopped gaining, take what’s called a deconditioning break. Just stop exercises completely for a couple of weeks. Then start up again. That gives you a chance to “reset”, and hopefully start gaining again.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

If you stick with it, your flaccid length and girth will also increase. I’ve been at it since Sept 2017 and now my penis will not retract like it used too. Quite a bit thinker too. I’ve taken note of my flaccid size so I can give any measurements but maybe I’ll post some pictures at some point.

FYI… you are above average in size.
