5months more to pe need help~>
OK guys I need your help. I have been pe’ing since the summer with about .5elbp gains and no girth gains. Im currently on a 6 week break and when I come back I plan to pe for 5 months.
My old routine consisted of
5min warmup
15 power jelq
15 hand jelq
5-10min stretch
sometimes a few horses
5min wrap again
I just recently bought a bib hanger and hope to do some dlds also. My goal for the 5months is nothing major. I just want to gain another .5elbp and maybe .5girth.
My current stats are
7.3elbp
5.5 base girth
5.25 midshaft
around 5.0 glans
looks like a tree trunk
So if you guys can help me out with a routine, tips, or help for the next 5months I would be grateful. thanks
