A better way to keggle more efficiently.

Is it better to hold a keggle for more a minute and do 10 sets of these than doing 500 quick keggles throughout the day? Because I think the first way will tire out the pc muscle more efficiently. What do you think?

Mike I think that it is much more difficult to hold then quick squeezes. Are you trying to wear out the pc muscle to hit your ligs? If so I think your way is fine.

hit the ligs? do you mean a too muscular pc muscle would make it more difficult to stretch the ligs? Well I don’t know, I may have missunderstood :-)


Restarting everything.

Its more a matter of forcing relaxation. If you can successfully release the PC muscle to its fullest extent you will hit the ligs more. To me its one of those try it and see the difference things :)

Mike2002, I wish the DLD Blaster worked for you cuz I am able to hit the ligs without exhausting the PC muscle doing it. I also like to finish it with a JAI stretch session.

It’s important to work up your schedule of kegeling in a gradual way, adding ten or so each day to your sets as you are comfortable with them.

I think I see what you’re trying to do. However, if you succeed in exhausing the PC by overstressing it before you’ve thoroughly conditioned the muscle, there is a possibility that you can provoke a form of prostatitis (non-bacterial), and you don’t want that. Ejaculating can become very painful.

Here’s my semi-educated opinion: by over-stressing the PC you are inviting a situation where you need more and more work to acheive the same result over time. The PC is a muscle and, like all muscles, will come back a little bit stronger every time. While this method may actually work, I doubt that the cost of time and energy will outweigh the gains in time. In other words, it might get to the point that you are doing too much work for what was otherwise a very small difference. As I said, though - semi-educated. I’m approaching this from a bodybuilding perspective.
