Pumping: I’m able to hit my BPEL of 6.7 when pumping at low pressure of 5 to 6. At that time, girth is way above my unpumped MSEG of 5 (I can’t measure girth in the tube of course though.) However I am imagining that to actually grow, I am going to need to keep pumping beyond BPEL. My question is will I pass it eventually or do I need to slowly tweak the pressure. Like going a little higher to get beyond and then slowly coming back down at that same length in subsequent sessions? I really like pumping under my IR lamp, feels amazing and I know I can grow like this just need to figure out the pressure issue.

Jelqing: For some reason whenever I attempt to jelq, one squeeze and my EQ is dead for the rest of the week. I simply cannot figure out how to be partially erect. My dick is either flaccid or fully erect, thats just how it works. I also cannot figure out how much pressure I should be applying within the jelq. Am I just a bad candidate for jelqing and can I gain without it? Any advice on how to tackle those other problems?

Hanging: How good is hanging for girth and more importantly how much conditioning do I need (months) before I can start? Can you pump and hang in a routine together?

Two more questions:

When I get out the pump I am really engorged but not erect in any way. Is this an adequate level at which to jelq (since I know it is not wise to jelq flaccid or fully erect)?

Also how do you guys insulate your balls while pumping with heat or using an IR lamp?

You need to figure out how to do jelqing. It is an essential exercise. Start completely flaccid and stop the reps at 80% erection. 10 reps only by then, then 10 it is. Do it regularly and I believe your penis will finally get use to it. Don’t apply too much pressure, never jelq fully erect , never put pressure on top of the penis..

I can’t answer for the rest.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Jelq, the word, is the staff of PE for anyone just starting who isn’t looking to break the bank. Whether it’s here, PE Gym, Matters of Size or elsewhere.. Jelqing matters.

However, most of my career was spent without jelqs. I also spent a ridiculous amount (cannot specify exactly, folder with receipts for PE gear vanished in a hard drive mishap) on devices to get most of my progress. Sans $5000+ on random investigation of every device this side of quantum I recommend learning to jelq.

I also recommend dialing your routine back a bit. Pumping, jelqing and hanging is a lot for a penis new to PE and a lot period. I would give each exercise and device a couple weeks devoted time and develop a taste for what physiological indicators are most positive for which methods. Overtraining early with that variety of activity means you won’t know what works how well when you need to change your routine up.

Jelqing never worked for me. A wrist injury prevented me from getting high reps and using the device jacked up one of my fingers after months of hard use for minimal gain. All this taught me is to keep an open mind and research variety. What sounds best may be worst for your penis. It doesn’t care what you think. It is the leader here, follow the hints. Let it tell you what works by giving it all separate chances.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Keep the pressure where you’re at. After a while you can look at adding time to each of your sets. It’s how I worked up to marathon pumping. 20-30 minute sets at a reasonable pressure. Edge when done.

Thanks, so basically I don’t need to increase pressure, but longer sessions will push my BPEL further eventually.

I have read you say you use a heating mat. How do you insulate your balls?

To the earlier responder: I am now getting consistent with the pump. I was just wondering how long I should condition with pump and jelq before picking up hanging because I am very interested.

Seriously though: How do I insulate my balls?

I’ve heard of guys using a white t shirt, rag, towel, whatever. Cut a dick sized hole in it and then only your dick is getting warmed.

Beyond that i can’t help as I’m “fixed” and don’t care about my balls be roasted.

Another question: I love pumping but I keep feeling concerned about my spermatic cord and testicles. I have a varicocele on one side and sometimes when lying down or sitting pumped I feel a pinch and have to stop. Is there any way to protect the testicles and spermatic cord? I saw a brief mention of cutting a hole out of a mattress somewhere. Any sort of innovation or product like that out there? Any good threads? I am using a flared vacutech tube that is quite perfectly sized, since I spoke with them and got the correct cylinder. Really need some help on this.

I have to say.. Look at Pumptoys brand. It’s a funny little website but their Vel Seal cylinders feel a world better. Vacutech does not offer a gasket at the bottom so you’re getting straight up polycarbonate suctioned to your pubic bone and pretty much smashing any skin in the way.

Because back when I was using Vacutech I nearly gave up due to the pain. They have an excellent customer service person. He helped me size my cylinders as well but.. There is no gasket that fits on the Vacutech and this is by design. That hurts.

The one I linked, especially using the angled option for seated use, is just great.

I have a tube from Boston Pump and also what I assume is a Chinese copy:

Maybe they are genuine, but either way the ebay ones are cheap and I can’t tell the difference. I do have the silicone gasket part that’s supposed to be more comfortable, but it was a waste of money as I find it’s just gets in the way. The Boston Pump tubes have very comfortable rounded off ends.

I also want to start pumping can it bring me permanent results or only temporary also if I pump and get 13 cm girth (I’m now 12.3) for how long it will stay 13 ?

I just gained 1/8” in the laSt 4 months doing manual stretches throughout the day and narrow tube pumping, which really stretches the unit nicely.

Moderate pressure, releasing every few minutes and heat.

It takes about 15 minutes like this to reach BPEL, and then another 15 minutes to stretch another 3/8” in the tube.

I’ve been doing this for four months now and I’m very happy with the results so far.

Regarding how much pressure, I’m not sure because I use a mouth tube, but it’s probably no more than 5-6 psi because I don’t think it’s possible to generate more this way.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
