A new approach for hard gainers

Well, I’m new to this forum, but not to PE.
I’ve jelqued for years with no gains, and then last month I found this site (I’ve been off the net for quite some time :)

I have a medium-high LOT, so I guess I can try low angle stretching (never really tried), but I’m almost positive that I’m a hard gainer.

I’m really slim too (130lbs at 5’10”), and when it comes to bodybuilding I am a REALLY HARD gainer. I have to train with high intensity and LOTS of rest in between.

Could there be any relation between hard gainers on PE and hard gainers on bodybuilding ??? (yes, yes, I know the penis is not a muscle, but perhaps something about “tissue adaptation rates” or something :P )

I’m not sure, but I doubt there is any correlation. I am a quick gainer of muscle, but a hard gainer of the penis. Don’t be so sure you won’t have excellent results stretching the lower angles. Good luck.

Hi guys,

I guess i’m joining you guys in the hard gainers club.
Next week will be 6 months of PE with no gains what so ever.
I have gained 2”+ in my first 2 years and now i guess i have hit a huge plateau (6 months with no results).
I will start experimenting extended breaks like you rushmore.
Starting from August 21 will be a 6 weeks break for me, i’ll be back in October with a new routine.

Starting a 10 week break. Hit my “end of summer” goal of 7.25 bp. Any more PE at this time would be a waste of time and detrimental to my outlook on life. How are our other hard-gainers doing?

Groan. I am officially a hard gainer. The longest I took off in 6 months, was 4 days, maybe I should try an extended break as well.

If what you are doing is not working, why not try an extended break? It can actually be quite refreshing to take some time off PE and focus on other things. Some grow during their breaks, some grow after returning from a break. But if you are at a plateau, you must change something or you could get discouraged. Good luck…you can start a 10-week break with me right now.

Thanks, I might do that. I actually enjoy the insanity of PE, but maybe thats best.

When you break, do you mean you do absolutely no pe, i.e. no golf weights, no stretching, etc etc?

Everyone probably has their own definition of a PE break. For me, it means absolutely nothing. In my opinion, anything that could even slightly take away from the purpose, deconditioning the tissues, is counter-productive. You could probably lessen your routine an achieve some level of deconditioning, but I think it is best to achieve as much as possible. Plus, if doing a full routine isn’t giving you gains currently, a half-assed one probably won’t either. Complete PE abstinence.

I would not suggest a long layoff from PE activities, you must realize that to achieve size gains of 2 or more inches will require a time investment and good technique. You are trying to expand blood carrying tissue and this is a slow process unless you can do a roto-rooter on your primary veins. You are stuck doing it the old fashion way; applying excessive pressure to the tissue causing enlargement of your veins and arteries.

Adding length through vigorous stretching or hanging is another area; sometimes, it is prudent to layoff for 2 weeks to a month although I would still recommend the occasional session during the layoff. These plateaus are natural and you just work through them; measuring your dick every day is a psychologically debilitating practice. Only measure when your eyes give feedback to the brain saying, “you are huge, now go measure and confirm it.” Don’t measure out of hope, this is a self-defeating practice.

Too many of you spend way too much time with your exercises (that are doing nothing) and as a result you weigh the time commitment to the gains and say, “it ain’t worth it.” Unless your hanging you should not spend more than 15mins doing anything, all these repetitions and poor routines are sapping your spirit. I mean you can get a big boner by a little bit of time spent in the shower each morning. Figure out how to make it big and just do enough to get you there. Forget the six variations of whatever and do the 2 or 3 things that will make a difference.

Hmm, maybe I’ll take a month off, and go from there. I’ll dwell on that. Can I bring a friend? :) If I take a month off, I’ll refrain from any pe-ing, I agree with your take on this.

Tomba: I think you’re lending moral support :) thanks. I’m not a guy who measures, I measured once in 6 months, and I also dont pop “Woodrows” in the shower easily anymore, it’s a bummer getting old.

There are people in this forum that have problems gaining and based upon my “limited” experience I would say they do the most ludicrous of things. One guy runs around all day with golf weights on his penis and thinks he’s gaining. He has an intriguing question though that requires some deep thought, “does anyone experience pinching or discomfort with these rings?”

Well, yes, when you have a stack of washers in your pants you might have one of them reach up and bite you from time to time. It’s this kind of ignorance that results in all the frustration. Instead of eating everything at the buffet, stick to the meat & potatoes and you might see some results.

Anyway I am going to Golf Galaxy and get some experience with a stack of rings, after a few months I will let you know how it works out.

I’m currently on a break, will probably be about 4-5 weeks total rest. I’m taking time of because i got way too sore after 2 months of stretching and jelqing, and I don’t plan to resume until the soreness is completely gone. I did gain about 3/4” bpel though. I’ve taken weightlifting breaks in the past to avoid overtraining injuries, always come back faster and stronger, I’m thinking this strategy may work for PE as well. Besides, when my dick hurts, it doesn’t like to f**k.
