A new approach for hard gainers

What has your PE experience been over the last 6 yeas you have been a member here. Was there a specific routine or exercise that finally “broke the camel’s back” so to speak that led you to gains? Thanks for your comments.

I have put more than a few bucks and tons of hours in both reading and doing to obtain my goal. I have purchased the PJ, PM, another ADS and a Bib Hanger along with a few other junk items not worth remembering. I finally became very fustrated and emailed Bib some questions not knowing if he would answer. He is very knowledgable and helpful. I will repeat something that I read someone else say, he is one cool dude. I been spending time at his forum asking questions and got some of the things figured out. One thing that made the biggest difference is understanding that when you have rest days, the tissues will try to return to the previous state which is counter productive. Let the tissues heal in the extended state by frequently pulling out the tissues that are trying to heal. Since last march, I have gained about an 1/2 inch or more in length and believe I would have gained faster if I listened better and understood a few things earlier. I am shooting for the CDS to provide the earth quake orgasims for my wife.

I try to hang at least 2 hours a day, get a set or two in the morning and do the rest of my sets in the evening. On weekends I try to get more. Learning about fatigue was tough. Fatigue, or the kind of fatigue that will promote growth in length at least is more than sore tissues, fatigue means your set can not be completed without finishing early or reducing weight to finish a set. To add, you should actually feel the tissues microtearing. It feels kind of like a electrical tingling in the whole shaft. You will know it when you get it, no doubt. I use the rice sock fulcrum which I believe is working good for me. It provides what Bib calls Conquer and Divide meaning not putting the weight against all the tissues. For instance, over the leg hits only the tissues that are extending the longest, once these tissues get stressed you can do the other side. All the tissues together are stronger. Select angles for selected tissues. Hope this makes sense. Applied correctly, you can make gains. As you mentioned, I have been a member here for quite a while, I knew thunder from another forum so I have been at it for quite a while. I am a hard gainer but only because there was components that I was lacking being mainly understanding of method.

Hope I am not babbling too much. Don’t get me wrong, I am in no means an expert. I even wonder if I will be smart about all this stuff before I get to my goal. Just keep on that main track of thought, if it is not working then the method is not what you need. It is very hard to express some aspects and it is part of the barrier to understanding we all need to help share this knowledge. Good Luck!

I appreciate the wisdom and info you are providing. I think my real question for you is were you ever able to gain length before you made these realizations and subsequent changes to your routine? My fear is that I am somehow very different from everyone else, and that no matter what I do the outcome will be the same…no more length. I do stay positive, but the fear is always lurking since I’ve had over 3.5 years without a gain. What I can tell you for sure is that the kind of fatigue you are talking about (and I remember Bibs posts regarding this) I have never achieved. It may be due to the fact that my tissues adapt too quickly, or that I just never hit that sweet spot (although after all this time I would think it would have happened by now). Are you keeping an extended state with golf weights or some other type of ADS between hanging sessions to keep the tissues from repairing in a retracted state?

Rushmore I was looking at your stats you already have a large penis. You should be proud man. Get rid of the stigma and perhaps it will begin to grow again. I wish I had 6” girth.

Thanks king, but you get used to what you have. While I do appreciate my size, I think that after many years of dedication anyone would like to see some results.

edit: Hey…I just looked at your stats, and not only is your penis big but it has grown quite substantially. I want some of that gratification. Imagine how you might feel if your size never changed after your first 2 months.

Well if it remained where it was 5.5” I would get depressed. I have a theory, I could be wrong. I think hard gainers grip to hard. Or use to much weight starting off. Too much vacuum in the pump. But then again I could be wrong.

Rush, how has your theory been going. I just read this thread for the first time and it is great cause it spans a few months. I think my body very easily adjusts to things and I’m curious as to how the change and time off has effected you.

Also, MIGG, I agree with you on what you stated about doing 3 consecutive days.you find the second and third day to be the best. I too have experienced this. Currently I’m on an every other day schedule, but may change things to 2 on and 1 off as I feel the second day is a much better workout. I may even just keep the workouts changing every other week. I do this with my diet and it keeps me in check, and I do it with my gym routine.so why not do it with my penis routine?

I wanted to tell you something that will most likely make a difference via PM. I have already hinted at it but I wanted to be specific.

To answer your questions, I used the Jelq and manual stretches in the begining. It took months before I actually started seeing growth. Then I went from 6.5 to 7” after some months of getting nothing then it stopped. Since then, it has taken me years to grow another inch or near that. I know what you mean when you say your fustrated and wonder if this is all bogus. Spending litterally years for an inch doesn’t seem worth the time. I am now at about 9.25 BPFSL and close to 8.25” BPEL. I am sure I am more than that after a good hanging and entertain my wife afterwords due to the tissues being more mallable after the hang and being pushed by the force of the erection.

I do not use an ADS or anything other than the Bib Hanger. The ADS can make hanging difficult, the skin can be irritated by use and the hanger is all I need. You say your tissue adapt quickly, I have felt the same way about myself. Consider this, any material can be deformed under the correct amount of stress. It is just a fact. You have not found this stress level. You can do this. Some of the people here are blessed with getting there more easilly. It is my belief that if you don’t achieve stress relatively soon within a PE carreer you are achieving something you don’t want. The tissues become stronger because you are riding stress under the beak down point of deforming. Example, I have always wanted to gain large muscles. My method I used made me stronger instead of large. I am 5.5’ tall and can bench press over 300 lbs and weigh about 160 lbs. My arms look decent but I did not balloon like I wanted. My body adapted to the stress by becoming stronger thus my breaking down the tissues to become large is difficult. I may be off a little with my ideas of this but I don’t think so. I will shoot you a PM to provide an idea you should explore if you like. I have my reasons for the PM and will be glad to explain that in a PM if you are willing to listen.

PE is not BS, there are just simply some tweaks to the method that will make the difference.

A possible tweak.
Change programs frequently as to completely confuse your dick into growing. I change routines every 6 weeks. But now I’m thinking hard gainers should change even more frequently. Instead of hanging down all the time for months on in. Mix it up with fulcrum hanging. Hang up one day hang down the next day. Does this make sense. I don’t hang, thought I would throw this out there see what you dudes think about it. Does this sound like it might work?
