I have put more than a few bucks and tons of hours in both reading and doing to obtain my goal. I have purchased the PJ, PM, another ADS and a Bib Hanger along with a few other junk items not worth remembering. I finally became very fustrated and emailed Bib some questions not knowing if he would answer. He is very knowledgable and helpful. I will repeat something that I read someone else say, he is one cool dude. I been spending time at his forum asking questions and got some of the things figured out. One thing that made the biggest difference is understanding that when you have rest days, the tissues will try to return to the previous state which is counter productive. Let the tissues heal in the extended state by frequently pulling out the tissues that are trying to heal. Since last march, I have gained about an 1/2 inch or more in length and believe I would have gained faster if I listened better and understood a few things earlier. I am shooting for the CDS to provide the earth quake orgasims for my wife.
I try to hang at least 2 hours a day, get a set or two in the morning and do the rest of my sets in the evening. On weekends I try to get more. Learning about fatigue was tough. Fatigue, or the kind of fatigue that will promote growth in length at least is more than sore tissues, fatigue means your set can not be completed without finishing early or reducing weight to finish a set. To add, you should actually feel the tissues microtearing. It feels kind of like a electrical tingling in the whole shaft. You will know it when you get it, no doubt. I use the rice sock fulcrum which I believe is working good for me. It provides what Bib calls Conquer and Divide meaning not putting the weight against all the tissues. For instance, over the leg hits only the tissues that are extending the longest, once these tissues get stressed you can do the other side. All the tissues together are stronger. Select angles for selected tissues. Hope this makes sense. Applied correctly, you can make gains. As you mentioned, I have been a member here for quite a while, I knew thunder from another forum so I have been at it for quite a while. I am a hard gainer but only because there was components that I was lacking being mainly understanding of method.
Hope I am not babbling too much. Don’t get me wrong, I am in no means an expert. I even wonder if I will be smart about all this stuff before I get to my goal. Just keep on that main track of thought, if it is not working then the method is not what you need. It is very hard to express some aspects and it is part of the barrier to understanding we all need to help share this knowledge. Good Luck!
