A New Exercise: The Spiral

I think this is a legitimate may to apply some torque to the tunica, just needs a bit of practice.

If done right you should get a fulcrum like stretch along the whole length rather than just the area over the top of your fulcrum.
Like winding a rope onto a winch !

Ok I think I got what you did wrong, maybe. As said in the first post, you should apply the pressure on the side of your penis, not on the ventral side; the side of your penis should push against the drumstick; beside that, the drumstick should be of a cylindric shape, no edges otherwise this exercise will hurt.

I tried this and its struggle for me to get around. So I tried a smaller tube and bang its very effective, Extreme pull and like you said changing your position is very different.

What I will say is that this is a very different stretch from a normal fulcrum stretch (Inverted V) but at the same time very alike. The reason I had trouble getting around (7 5/8” BPEL) is not because I’m not long enough but my Dick is quite wide and when compressed against a fulcrum expands width ways, You will probably tell me this doesn’t happen but my length seems to shorten by a lot and the width explodes when pressed against anything.

Possibly even A routine of Spirals, Inverted v’s and Wantsmore stretches 2-3 times a week with at least one day off between would be a very good (But intense) Routine at hitting things in similar but different ways. Saying that I like to try one thing at a time to see if it works and to concentrate on but most guys on here need to have 5+ exercises at a time to feel there doing anything.

I would also like to say that I was hovering at 7 4/8 BPEL x 5 4/8 and thanks to your help with my dumb questions about stretches and cylinder sizes for fulcrums I gained 1/8 each way, so cheers for that.

Thanks for trying this exercise; yes I understand what you say about the width, actually what makes this kind of stretch very intense is the internal content of the penis which pushes against the tunica, I think. If I perform this exercise pushing on the sides (so the stick is parallel to the floor and the penis is rotate at -90 degrees) the penis looks both longer and wider after; I think this could be a good exercise for both length and girth.

What I’m going to do is source as many different sized tubes as I can find or another idea would be using electrical tape to keep wrapping round the tube until I find a size that feels right. This is one of those exercises that will be different for everyone depending on the length/Girth/Width. A slight difference in thickness could be all it takes.

I see great potential in this exercise for breaking through to get a gain.

I’m always looking for things to help girth gains that keeps the penis in a flaccid state for 2 reasons.
1/ I believe gains are highly achievable in a flaccid state, hanging with a bib hanger years ago give me 1/8 mid girth (due to the clamping effect) and the inverted V give me another 1/8 mid girth.
2/ I’m incredibly heavy handed (maybe due to strength training) I find it hard not to jelq without using my deadlift grip! I just give up because I end up hurting myself.

I do do some light and I mean super light jelqs here and there, about 20% erection level just to bring blood back in though. Any more blood than that and I’m tempting fate.

I know this exercise must be really intense.. because I use similar fulcrum stretches using my power assist. And it’s so intense but very effective for lenght and girth.. it take a while before get used to it but then just, rock on!
