A New Exercise..

A New Exercise..

I’ve started a potential new exercise that I believe may produce some really good results. I didn’t want to post this in the beginners section because it is very advanced. I’d like for y’all to check it out and let me know what you think or feel and maybe even have a few of you give a shot. That’s the goal. Wow that speaks volume coming from you. Really? Didn’t think it was any more intense then a serious 440 squeeze or clamping routine to be honest.

Basically just doing a super set of a ULI and then a squeeze. With 85% erection level jelqs with kegels included in each jelq between those 5 super sets.

In short that’s essentially my routine.

Very intense. As someone who has avoided the Horse 440 this blend is more dangerous and potential risks are higher with that level of compression.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Gotcha, well I appreciate that. I would of done that but not the most tech savvy so did not know how. If a moderator could attach that link to my original post that would be very helpful considering I cannot.

And hmmm. Now y’all got me double thinking about this one. Didn’t think the compression was much high then a tight clamp or horse 440 simple because by the time it was time to squeeze with my second hand I had lost part of the erection. But I understand, it definitely is an intense one. And definitely creates some serious compression. I may have to back down slightly. I know sometimes with PE (and some more then others) you do have to push it a bit (especially the ones who respond better to a high stimuli), but I lean more towards the safe side of things as oppose to the chance or potential side.

I just see people doing some seriously intense stuff so I didn’t think this was much more crazy then a lot of the other stuff I’ve seen. Wish I knew the names but some examples would be multiple clamping, that jig that squeezes your unit in multiple places and kind of shaped like a jaw of teeth that come together. Trying to think of other intense examples. Anyways, I just didn’t think it was that intense or more then other exercises. I’ll have to reconsider some things.

I will definitely try it. Doesn’t sound to intense for me. I have already done jelqing at high erection levels with kegels and some squeezing so it’s nothing new but I haven’t tried exactly this routine.

I have tried squeezing with one hand at the base and one hand behind the glance and then move the hands towards each other like a dry jelq from both direction with a really tight grip. This is done with an erection, maybe 80 - 90 percent. Gives a nice mid-shaft-expansion.

I have also done some slow jelqing at high erection level while holding a tight grip behind the glans and when the jelqing hand is about to connect with the grip hand I release the grip so I can jelq all the way up to the glans. While I move the jelq all the way to the head I grip tight around the base with the grip-hand while doing a kegel or two. The hand that did the jelq now grip tight behind the glans and I do the same thing again, the hands have just switched places. I do a few of these and the get back up to 90 percent erection level and do a few more.

I will try your routine. New stuff gets me motivated. I’m to lazy with PE these days.

Well cool deal, keep me posted to your results. I do a 3 on 1 off routine, so that I can kind of fatigue it and then let it heal. Once or twice I’ve taken a day off a day early just depending on the feel of things. Just make sure you warm up real good with a few min of edging and light jelqs to begin with.

That being said, part of why I’ve been so confident about this is the great positive PI’s I’ve been getting. My EQ is super good. My flaccid is nice throughout the day. My partial chubb looks super chubby and big. Unit looks like a network of healthy veins and blood flow. Expansion during the routine is amazing, best I’ve ever seen.

So I will be very very cautious, as I have been. But I’d like to see how things go. Like I said, I will be very aware of what’s going on. I think the fact that iam quite healthy via my diet, cardiovascular wise, and blood flow, this is all plays a part in ensuring things go well.

Ya this is why both in this post and the one on my progress thread I have made it clear this is not for any beginner and definitely has potential to injury.

I will keep everyone posted on how things are going.
