Can someone please clearify this stretching for me, look at the pic that I attached first.

Now, is it the red or the blue area that you try to stretch, because depending how you hold your dick and how hard you hold it diffrent part gets stretched.

Also another question, when it comes to length, what is more important, stretching or jelqs?

I always grab just behind the glans and stretch. By stretching different ways like up, down, right, left etc you stretch all parts.

I believe stretching is the most important for length gains.

I’d say it was more the direction of the stretch that influences which part, blue (the ligs) or red (the tunica), gets stretched. Down, right, and left stretch the ligs (or at least it feels that way), forward stretches the ligs and the tunica, and up stretches the tunica.

Common sense tells me that stretching would effect length more than jelqing would, but my routine has always involved both so it’s difficult to say from personal experience.

yeah i know about stretching in diffrent direction and that.
Well what i mean is that, if you hold your dick tightly and stretch then you feel most stretch inside the dick (dont know the terms for the parts in the dick), but if you dont hold so tight, and just let all the friction between your fingers and dick be the force while stretching then I feel almost only stretch in the blue area (see pic).

So, tight grip, stretches inside the dick (red area)
Loose grip stretches at the base (blue area).

thats how it is for me when i stretch anyways. So my question is which one should i do?

The blue area in your pic is mostly skin so if you are stretching this you will get a skin stretch, not a penis stretch. The objective behind stretching is to stretch the tissues in the actual penis. Stretched skin is a side-effect of doing this, but I would be mainly inclined to believe that stretching the blue area is pretty much a waste of time and energy.

Do what Bird2 says: grab just behind the glans (but NOT on the glans itself, because you will do yourself a nasty injury) and pull out into a stretch. You should see and feel most of your penis - minus the head and the bits above where you hand is - stretching.

that what i thought, might be why i havent gained almost anything in 3 months, i used to stretch the blue area…so from now on ill grab it hard and stretch the “inne penis” :D

I have a question. After BTC stretch and down stretch I got an injury (something like a ring, like a lump around my glans) 2 days ago.

Could someone tell why it happened, and how I have to stretch correctly

You PE to intensive so you get an injury. Let it heal and use less force.

To stretch correctly grab just below the glans and pull to the direction you desire.
