ADS Increase Erect Length

Does wearing an ADS device help with erect length gains?

Yes.

Your erect gains usually follow your flaccid gains.

But there will be a good chance you go from a grower to a shower.

Grower to shower, what do you mean?

Meaning that instead of your flaccid dick being small, it’ll hang bigger all the time. A grower is a small flaccid dick that gets a lot bigger when erect. A shower is a flaccid dick that hangs VERY close to its erect size all the time. Like lets say two guys had a 8” dick in erect length. One guy had a 4” flaccid size and one guy had a 7” flaccid size. The guy with the 4 inch flaccid is the grower and the guy with the 7 inch flaccid is the shower.

I am currently using an ADS. I am experiencing great flaccid hang and I can stretch my penis with my hands about 0.5” longer than my BPEL. Will this stretched length develop into erect gains? Which has a better correlation, “stretch ability” or increased gains in flaccid length? Or is there no correlation at all, you will get erect gains when they come? lol

I believe that if you can strech it flaccid to a degree, erect will soon follow.

I personally don’t have much faith in the effectiveness of ADS with no other exercise.

How much of a stretch do you want? Do you apply the max stretch possible, for example my BPFS is 8.25 do I want my ads to hold this stretch or slightly less?

Personally, I only stretch about .25” longer than my BPEL. That there gives me enough stretch when my penis is in the device and limp. Currently, my BPFS is 1” longer than my PBEL. I have found that “too much” stretch inhhibits my growth by pain which equates into less wear time. Also, too much of a stretch makes my penis turtle.

For turtling I have invested in the antiturtle sleeves on autoextender.com. Gains? I have seen more flaccid gains that erect gains. Also, I have not done consistent PE for longer than a 3 month period. In all, I have gained about 0.5” EL and 0.5” EG, that was after my first 3 month stint. With me concentrating on the tunica for the next 3 months, I hope to obtain better gains. Check out my log from time to time!
