So I was wondering how much tension does an ADS need to create to be effective? I find that too much tension and I have to take it off within a few hours then I lower it and am able to wear it for hours. I worry that by wearing this ADS at such a low force isn’t really doing any good.

You’re not trying to stretch your penis beyond it’s normal length. You’re just trying to keep it stretched to it’s max length. I believe (and I could be wrong here) the thinking is that the tension causes the penis to lengthen in order to remove the tension you’re placing on it.

When I’ve used mine in the past the longest I could keep it on was about 90 minutes. I’d take a small break to get some blood and feeling back and then repeat the process.

90 minutes seems to not qualify as an all day stretching, at least to me. So I guess this would go back to the debate of whether it’s better to apply low tension for a long period of time or higher amount of tension on the unit for a shorter period of time.

Sorry, I think you missed the part where I said I repeat the process. When I was using mine I put in 4 to 5 hours a day in 60 to 90 minute intervals. I just took a break as need to let me penis get some blood and life back into it.

I’ve been working on this for 2 months now and it’s still too early to post anything. I am trying high tension, about 4-5kg for about 90 minutes. Then reduce the tension to about 3-3.5kg for up to 5 hours. Here with the holidays I have taken more days off than I really wanted to but that happens. I will be posting more info in my picture thread in the coming months. I think there are gains to be made with this process, time will tell.
