After 3weeks I notice more Veins

I’m about 3weeks into my PE routine now,
I havent noticed and gains as such except perhaps in the Flaccid state which seems a little bit fuller
(however this oculd be for a number of reasons)
I have noticed my Veins are much more engorged all of the time.

Is this a good sign, i guess it cant be a bad thing but does it mean i’m doing the right thing?

I’m only about 4 wks in and I’ve noticed the same thing. I never had any noticeable vascularity before, now I have a couple of visible veins, both erect and flaccid. I do believe that it is a good sign.

In my humble opinion.

It is a good sign: keep it up.

Assuming you are doing your newbie routine, to make yourself a good idea of what jelqing really is (your best manual exercise), try to grab the base of your dick (partially erected, say 50%) with one hand and gently squeeze until your dick head engorges.

Remain still in that position for a few seconds and you’ll see your glans increase in size.

That is the very essence of jelq: manually increasing internal blood pressure.

You may also try to do some kegels (temporarily releasing your squeeze) and feel the blood enter your shaft.

Remember this sequence and try to do a miniature of it in every single jelq stroke you do.

Only a little amount of people really do jelq properly, they do lots of repetitions but not a single good jelq stroke.

Once you understand this your unit will start growing.
