After a month
I measured today after about a month. I went from a hair under 5” to a hair over 5”. I suppose this is good, at least I’m not going backwards. My routine is:
5min warm up
5 min stretching in all directions (mostly down)
5 min warm down
How should I modify this routine? Should I add jelq?
Additionally, this measurement is after a week break due to lack of privacy. Could small gains be lost in that time? Should I measure again after getting back in the swing for a week? Or wait another month. Thanks for all your help.
