After a month

I measured today after about a month. I went from a hair under 5” to a hair over 5”. I suppose this is good, at least I’m not going backwards. My routine is:

5min warm up
5 min stretching in all directions (mostly down)
5 min warm down

How should I modify this routine? Should I add jelq?
Additionally, this measurement is after a week break due to lack of privacy. Could small gains be lost in that time? Should I measure again after getting back in the swing for a week? Or wait another month. Thanks for all your help.

Id wait awhile to measure again if I were you. Also Id probably throw about 20 mins of jelqing a day divided up into the morning and the evening. Id do the same with stretching too. Congrats on your gains. Also, if you dont mind me asking, whats your girth?

You should definitely add some jelqs to your routine. Just start off with a suitable lubricant and intensify your routine sloowwly so as not to get those unsightly red or purple dots. I started with 50 slow jelqs every other day and in a few weeks I upped the pressure and duration. Good luck on the gains.
