Been working on getting a good measurement for a week now, been trying and retrying at every opportunity to get a bigger measurement, but it’s not to be. So finally, I have entered my official measurement - 7”x5” - into the PE Database. My last measurement in 2003 was 7-7/16”x5-3/8”. I’ve been PEing for the past 3 weeks or so, mainly a reconditioning phase to get me back in shape for harder workouts and regain some of the flaccid size and circulation benefits that I had lost. Even so my measurement is almost 1/2” shorter and 3/8” less girthy bone pressed and at the maximum erection I could muster.

Serves me right for being too lazy to do a maintenance routine. When I took my first extended break I didn’t lose much. Now it looks like I’ve got my work cut out for me…

Two questions: At what measurements did you originally start and when did you stop (when you topped out)?

It’s weird with the PE database: you show up three times. I’ve seen this several times before that some members have mulitple tables. What’s up with that, moderators?


Start: 6.3 x 5.2 (Feb '05)

Now: 7.9 x 5.65 (gain 1.6 x 0.45) - SFL 8.6"

Goal: 8.5 x 6.0 - Currently trying: handclamp squeeze, O-bends. My data - Progress log

I have also experienced the same things.

Only goes to show that most PE size gains are definitely not permanent.

The guy that wrote most of the code for that database left a couple of annoying bugs behind and never fixed them. He’s a blithering fool. :)

I started out somewhere a little over 6” BPEL (I’ll have to search to get the exact measurements) by around 5” EG. I have measured and maintained 7.5” BPEL and have gotten it a little past that but didn’t get it cemented. Never got past 5 3/8 EG.

It’s kind of weird… I had gotten the feeling lately that my wife’s hole had gotten bigger.. but it was me shrinking instead. :( I think I lost most of it while my wife was pregnant, that’s about the time I stopped eating healthy, quit exercising, and wasn’t able to have sex for a while (it became painful for her plus she spent a lot of that time being pissed off at me). Before that I was still somewhere between 7 1/4 and 7 3/8 EL, I remember taking a wild hair and measuring it one day.

Size, I think your ligs have probably re-tightened; it might be worth taking a LOT measurement and comparing it to past reference points if you have them. Of course, there could be some tissue elasticity issues, and/or blood supply issues. As you know, these are all more easy to work on than tunica stretching so I suspect you will have your size back soon.

Sorry to hear it Bro but it seems to be the case. I think it will come back fast I know when I was just hanging for a year I lost some girth size. I only measure girth maybe twice a year so I was surprised when I had lost substantial girth size I didn’t lose any at the base. But after being back on a girth routine for the last 3 months I have put it all back on. I think PE gains are like muscle not muscle but like muscle if you don’t maintain it it will shrink but like muscle memory it comes right back. I think this proves the theory that while we do increase tissue mass a big part of our gains comes from expansion and stretching what we have.

Its something I knew all along from personal experience (being formerly 9x7 and inactive in PE for over 16 years) but now the more I think about it, the more it just seems like common sense. How can one expect to make permanent changes to your penis size for just a relatively short period of work? Once you reach your size you must stay on some kind of maintenance program for life or else some kind of DNA penis memory thingie kicks in and attempts to return your penis to the default size stored in its memory. :D A simple maintenance program can be as little as just 20 min a week. I can certainly live with that and so can everyone else! :)

But from reading here for years I think there are a number of unknowns. Also, the whole issue of a Maintenance Program once you have your goals met, has never been well-addressed. In your case, Size, there is at least one “known” and that is that you no longer have the privacy for PE that you did once; no easy solution for that.

A number of old members have left, then written back to say that after quitting PE they did not lose any of their gains. Others report that they did lose at least of percentage of their gains after they quit. Obviously we are not all playing with the same deck of penile tissue-chemistry here.

I’ve been what we graceously call here “semi-retired” for a long time now. However, I have found that coming up with a dependable maintenance program for me is not easy. Nor are my gain losses the same as Size reports. I lose length, but not girth. What I’ve found, for me, is that I have to go full-force back into PE for a couple of weeks to get that length back and then do more maintenance than others report (as little PE as just twice a month) to keep what I’ve re-gained. The good news is that gaining back is much easier and faster than gaining it in the first place, IF I take time to do that.

I think in this context, too, one has to try to differentiate (having been larger than one used to be) how much of cock size is in our heads - our private ego trips and I know exactly what my own ego trip is - and the quality of sex we perceive to have, at whatever size.

What is that old saying, ah yes, “Use it or lose it”. Let’s face it, every part of our bodies responds the same way to that old adage. The brain, heart, muscles, etc., so why should the penis be any different. Just my 2 cents.

Good point, lasting. Every erection - sexual or nocturnal - provides vascular exercise to the penis and oxygenation to penile tissues.

Hey Japp - as I recall you were a heavy jelqer too. I wonder how much others who have jelqed and gained have lost after quitting for a while.

My ligs do feel tighter, and eaisier to fatigue. I never took a LOT measurement until after I had more or less stopped PEing but it’s not much different now. Somewhere around 7:30-8:00 at the highest. I feel that I could gain some from hitting the ligs now, actually I think I’ve already gained some flaccid because of it. I may do some form of streching occasionally even after I’m done with PE if it will keep me from losing some length.

Supersizeit You took a 16 year break!? So where did you start (pre-PE), what was your max, and how much did you lose in the 16 years off before you got back ito PE?
