nice ..try it but be secure during night. Maybe use smaller weight during the day with frequent erections.
Well, I’m clamping all day lightly(theraband and velcro) and put occasionaly some more pressure on it.
Every hour I try to get an errection that I clamp off for some minutes.
Then 1-3 more intense workouts per day clamping and pumping.
At night a very light cosntriction.
I hang very full(flaccid gains I guess) and I have the feeling my dick is more even in girth but no real gains to measure but I will stick to this for some months now.
If that doesnt work then I put in some bends.
My dick changed for sure through this in his flaccid state. flaccid gains are always before hard gains as I learned and I assume that it takes longer then with length..
So I will stick to this.. My logic tells me if I go frequently over my normal girth then it will catch on at some point.
I think kegals are important to have the ability for agood blood pressure
