I don’t like to use a cockring behind the balls. Maybe I have bigger balls, but I’ve had problems getting it off. Hell, once I wore one for too long and the swelling in my sack made it almost impossible to take off. Really scared me as it was a thick metal band.

Has anyone thought about using Chums as a full package “cock ring”. They are the things you put behind your sunglasses with the adjustable ball to move them close to your head. Certain ones have about a half inch of cloth and may not become uncomfortable from cutting into you. You could just slide it behind the package and cinch down the ball. I don’t think there was a definitive outcome. Like with many PE theories, it works for some and not others. I have been hitting girth hard this summer (I’m a hard gainer) and have had some success. I’ve been clamping, pumping and using a cockring otherwise. I have a metal one that I wear during the day and a rubber one that I wear at night. Neither are very tight unless I’m erect. It might be helping.

The cock ring may effect only if you had an efficient practice before.
I used to use a a silicone sleeve (used as clamping cusion) and a shoe lace to adjust tightness.
I thought it was ok, but I did get some hardened veins. Probably too tight. I might just get another adjustable cock ring.

My go to metal ring right now is a 1.5” inner diameter. My base girth is 6.25. It does get pretty tight when I’m fully erect, but is fine otherwise. And again, I only wear it on my cock. I don’t do cockrings around my balls.

You body will adapt as long as you give it proper circulation. ADC isnt meant to be as tight as promoting an errection all day. Its more about staying plump.

Hmmm. , I don’t think it is uncomfortable at all.
I’ve just started wearing a ring all night, started with a leather and Velcro one but I found it quite uncomfortable, I am now using the wrist strap from a Nintendo Wii controller, Its a woven strap about 1cm width and it has a locking slider which is very secure when locked, its made to secure the controller on your wrist since a lot of kids threw the controller into their TV when the console was first released.
They are really cheap, quick to apply and fully adjustable unless your dick is bigger around than your fist!
