Like most, I have a great deal of red spotting and sploching with some darkly discolored areas after a girth session. I’ve read varous posts citing this is from overworking, yet others say that the spotting and discoloration comes along with girth exercises.

I usually do many squeezes at the base, a few ULIs, some bends, and the one exercise where you clamp off at the base and press a flat palm down against the head (this seems to work great for shaft expansion). I get more and more discoloration as I progress through that list of exercises.

Yesterday, I only did a plain clamping session with a few bends and got a mild case of discoloration. Although, I did not feel like I had a good workout. I went about 45-50 minutes (on and off with the clamp). Part of the issue is that I have not told the wife, although I am suspicious that she may know due to my forgetfulness in erasing the Internet history, and it could bring PE unduly out in the open. I know, I know TELL HER, but I am not ready yet.

Definitive thoughts about the discoloration?

The more you warm up the less discoloration you seem to get. I use my vacuum pump, fill it with hot water poor it over the schlong. Then halfway fill it and slap it on the old wang.

I think spotting and discoloration is OK for the newbie stages of PE, but once you are conditioned it should disappear. Discoloration for a vet is a sign of going way overboard. Not only is it unsightly, I believe it greatly hampers if not completely stalls your progress and may even lead to poor erections and reduced flaccid size.

It’s possible, that if your bruise easily on other areas of your body, you have some nutritional deficiencies, but barring that, I would say back off on the intensity.

Maintaining a healthy look will also ensure that you have healthy tissue that can expand and grow and operate at peak performance.

I had extreme discoloration before from clamping, what fixed it was a) warming up, b) using lotion c) after time it gradually went away. I guess the skin just toughened up.

I just hope I could even do girth exercise. I’ve been doing PE for almost 3 months and still can’t do heavy girth exercise like horses or clamping. I get stiff veins easily :( . I’ve been jelqing for conditioning but it doesn’t seem to help :( .
