Answers Needed For No-Girth-Gainers

The question is, Why does it seem almost impossible for those of us with a small starting girth to achieve any gains in this department?

I have seen several posts from guys in the same position as me, I.e. Small starting girth and no/very slight results in this department after several months of PE. Most of us no-girth-gainers have achieved a little length at least so we are doing something right.

There must be a logical explanation for this. Perhaps the penile tissue is packed too tightly, thus making girth gains almost impossible? Maybe the exercises that we are doing are just making things worse?

Can anyone shed any light on this subject??

Has anyone else been in our position and managed to overcome the problem?

Have you considered pumping?

I have been thinking about it. This would help to expand the tissue I presume? Would it be a good idea to pump before jelqing for example?

It is a good idea to combine jelqing and pumping. After becoming fully conditioned, a typical routine would be three sets of pump for 10 minutes and jelq for 5.

Pumping is definitely something I have to look into. I have seen several guides to making home made pumps on thunders, are there any guides that you would personally recommend?

After initially going through several cheap sex shop models, I would recommend buying a professional pump from say lapdist.com. I you are handy, just look through the pumpers forum listing of titles for hand made alternatives, or combine something like an auto shop mityvac pump with a store bought vacuum cylinder.

OK thanks I will take a look. The main concern I have is finding somewhere secret to store it.

Roid, I get a decent penis expansion from doing 3 10 min sets of pumping with jelqs/horse/ulis in between.

I’m also looking into pumping myself. I’ve been doing some reading up on it and to be honest I’m a little unsure at this point. It seems that there’s different perspectives on this subject. From doing searches I’ve read that people use pumping to increase the quality of erections, yet some say that pumping can cause impotence with long term use. I gotta say that hearing and reading that is a big discouragement, but I think I’ll still give it a go in a few weeks. Does anyone know if pumping can lead to impotence with long term use? Or is it a rare case with misuse? I’m going to do some more researching before I begin.

Tell me, do you follow mrorange’s routine word for word, or have you adapted it, or perhaps even found another technique that you find gives you the best results?

Also, what are your starting and current stats + how long have you PE’d + what results have you achieved from this new technique and how long did it take to get the results.

Deadeye, what kind of gains have you obtained by doing this? I remember reading this but never quite understanding. I actually get it now and I’ll give it a try. Thanks for bringing that to my attention again.

What “Mr. Orange” is describing is basically a “DLD Bend”, no?

Look into girth wrapping after your workout.
