Any extreme clampers around these days
I’m curious, it’s been a while since a couple of the big names of the practice have been around — are there any people around these days who clamp A LOT. I mean more like the way Girtha used to with the many sets a day at high pressure with two clamps. I’m just curious whether or not there are still people around who feel that more than just 3 ten minute sets is the better way to get real girth gains. I’ve noticed of late several people people expressing a belief that 3x10 is the best and that their experience with more was a waste and/or counter-productive. Now I’m curious whether or not there are many people who find a heavier routine of clamping to be more productive.
