Any good ideas on how to speed up length gains?

Hi. My length gains are definitely slowing down. Last 6 weeks they’ve been negligable. I’m hanging 3 * 20 min sets a day, SO, fulcrum… Any good ideas on how to give them a kick start?

What do you mean by “definitely slowing down”? Since you’ve been a member for a little over half a year, Im assuming that your initial “beginner’s gains” have tapered off. My length gains have slowed siginificantly as well. I’ve only gained .25” BPFSL and .1”BPEL these past two months. I believe that temperature regulation during lenght exercizes would help our gains. My biggest problem is finding a way to heat and cool myself in a convienent way (I do most of my PE at bathroom breaks and in the shower).

I do not know where I read about this theory, but I will try to summarize it as well as I can. If anyone can provide a link to the thread I am talking about, Please do so.

Everyone seems to agree that heat will really help loosen up the ligaments as well as soften the tunica for stretching. This guy’s theory was that if you accelerated the cooling process with cold water/ ice, you could freeze/harden the previously pliable ligaments in a lengthened state. He would do a thorough heat warm up and stretching session. Next he would stretch it out to the maximum length and apply ice while holding that stretch. Ive tried this a couple of times and I must say that flaccid length is much improved. Due to privacy/time restrictions I am unable to experiment with this theory in a proper manner.

Wouldn’t using cold water on your dick make it shrink up? I don’t think it would “freeze” gains in place. I dunno. I’ll probably never try it, but if it works for you, huzzah!

Yeah, that’s an option. The other option is to learn not to take your cock out so far. For centuries humans have had sex with dicks 6.5 inches and smaller. You’re choice.

Ps My dick is 6.5 inches. I have sex no problems. 8 inches would probably make it more fun, but I repeat - I have no problems with a 6.5 inch dick. Oh, I also had no problems when it was 6 inches. My girth is 4.5.

My position was a little extreme and a little untrue there. This may make me sound shallow, I don’t know, but, any girl that I really like sexually and personality wise I just wouldn’t want to put her off by an average size. Insofar as one night stands and non-serious girls are concerned I couldn’t really care less what they thought.

Not sure if this is entirely true, but I assume more stretching = more gains? I believe lig stretching is caused by the workload and duration etc., unlike with bodybuilding (the less is more approach), since whenever you stretch your ligs you’re growing slightly.


PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.
