Anyone proponents of high volume jelqing?

Anyone proponents of high volume jelqing?

Is there, or has there been, any supporters of high volume wet jelqing as the main (or sole) exercise for gaining length?

I haven’t seen any, but maybe there has been some in the past. If so, maybe some of you guys can give me a history lesson so I can use the search button and do some research.

I mean lots of jelqing. A high number of reps.

I think it is best to incorporate stretches along with jelqing for optimal length gains when doing this type of exercise. By high volume I assume you mean greater than say, 500. To me I think this is a wast of time when you could be doing 30 minutes of stretches along with a good 300 to 500 wet jelqs. That’s also assuming you have been doing some sort of low volume newbie routine for a good period of time. I’ve read a great deal of the post here and right off hand do not recall someone just doing a mass number of wet jelqs without doing some sort of stretches, hanging, ads, ect. along with it and have good length gains.

I think it’s generally agreed here that beyond a certain point more jelqing is useless unless you are using it for a shock routine. As sumyunguy said, a rounded routine including stretching is more likely to result in length gains and might well be a better use of time.

I think less is more with jelqing. 15-20 mins of effective jelqing, is likely to be more productive than an an hour or two. It would probably help to make your jelqing more effective rather than ramping up the time.
