Anyone With Low Starting LOT Made Big Gains

I have recently measured my LOT. I appear to have a low LOT (7.00 - 7.30). This would indeed explain my very minimal gains.

I need a bit of inspiration! Are there any guys out there who have made big gains, but started with a low LOT?

Details of routines would be good also!

2 inches BPEL gain perhaps? Anything inspiring would be a help!

Many factors contribute to gains. LOT theory makes sense on an intuitive level, but I’ve never seen it successfully applied as a way of predicting how much someone will gain. Bigger invented LOT theory, yet his gains cannot be attributed to his LOT.

Before PE’ing, Bigger’s erect penis reached only 2-3 inches below his navel. After 2 years of solid PE, it reached 2 inches above his navel. Lig stretching cannot account for that amount of growth. His shaft actually grew, and that has nothing to do with LOT or ligaments.

Yes. My point is that Bib definitely grew his tunica. LOT theory predicts nothing about tunica growth. In fact, it predicts nothing about gains at all.

Bib speculated that people with high LOT would have an easier time gaining than people with low LOT, simply because the ligs are easier to stretch than the tunica. But that was merely speculation, never proven or supported by statistics, as far as I’ve seen.

And Bib’s own stunning gains in shaft length make any predictive application of one’s LOT moot. He gained 4 inches of shaft (tunica). LOT is simply not relevant to shaft gains and cannot be relied upon to predict them.

Thanks modesto that is very encouraging. Who is this Bigger that you are referring to in the first post? Or did you mean Bib?

I will try to find out more about his training routines.

Bib and Bigger are the same person.

I don’t think Bigger is the norm. There’s not very many people that can hang the amount of time he did everyday. Someone with a more normal life schedule (work, kids and life in general) might be able to equal his 2 years of PE in maybe 5 or 6 years? I wonder if you don’t have the time per week to spend on PE like bib, if one can expect about the same results taking longer than 2 years to achieve. So, if you hang for 6 years will a penis hit 10”?

I gained over an inch using manual exercises. I don’t know if that qualifies me as a big gainer, but my LOT is certainly low.

“Bib” is an acronym for “bigger is better.”

Bib is clearly an outlier. I use him as an example to prove a point. If you can grow your shaft 4”, who the hell cares about your LOT?

Bib states that he believes he worked harder at PE than he had to. He also acknowledges that it may be possible to get the same results with less effort or spread over a longer period of time.

My LOT is also 7:00-7:30 and for the first month I didn’t gain anything. Now when I have 2.5 months of PE behind I think I’ve gained about 0.6”. I know thats not a “big gain” but at least it’s a gain. I’ll be happy to take everything I can get :D !

0.6” in 6 weeks sounds like a good gain! Did you change your routine or anything else after the first month?

Yeah, before I did only manual stretches and jelqing then started to do some JAI’s also. Week after I started doing JAI’s I got most of my gains.

Here is my routine My routine


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

My LOT is 7-8 and I gained 0.8 in the first 4 months. My routine included straight out, and V-stretches. 30 seconds / rep, about 5 minutes total / day. I’m starting to think that plain old dry jelqing gave me most of my length gains! I think the stretching just helped me to maintain my length. I can’t be 100% sure tho!

Thanks dobbelbock, I think it would be a good idea to give your routine a go as I have around the same LOT as you. I’ll let you know how it goes!
