Applying Bib's LOT theory to DLD Blasters

Yeah I think the discussion has been had. Thought you might like to throw googly to liven things up a bit.

I’d tend to agree with SS4 on kegels at high angles, RK’s at low angles, going on past experience and my short time hanging SO and at 30º upwards. As another said, at SO hanging, neither RK’s nor K’s seem to influence much.

For interest’s sake, when BIB published his theory my lot was 7:30ish. Last night I noticed it was more around 8:00 but I’d been doing a few stretches. I’ve been hanging SO for a little over a week, and at this moment am about to start my third evening set. My LOT at this very moment is between 8:30 and 9:00. Will see tomorrow morning and post result.

In order to be accurate, I think anytime you wish to measure your LOT value, it should be several hours after a workout, if not the next day. I don’t really think an LOT in the middle of a routine would tell you much.

I had no registered lot when i first measured after a intense day of pe. I think everything in the crotch was wiped out because , several mornings in a row before pe i have now had the same 8:30 lot!

well, just measured. No PE this morning.

Seems there has been a change, albeit very slight. My LOT is 8:00 today, and I notice the tug back at 9:00 is not as strong as when I first posted my LOT. Shall keep an eye on this.

I think so. If your LOT changes it makes sense than the exercise approach also changes. I may take a 2 weeks off to see if there is any huge changes throughout that period.

Guiri we seem to have about the same lot. how much length have you gained since pe? I have gained 1 inch in yrs of trying and it all came the first 6 months, I’m wondering if i have another easy half inch if i find a good routine properly hitting the right angle!What are your plans on stretching now?

Just thinking a bit more on this. I don’t think that long of a period is necessary. Maybe a 5 day on routine. Two days off would be the ideal routine. Over the course of the 2 days off LOT data would be checked. Any changes in LOT would help determine exercise for the following 5 days. This of course would only be true if LOT does change from time to time depending on gains or other changing factors.

Alright so after spending about a good 45 minutes reading this I realize i have been attacking ligs when I should have been handling the tunica since my LOT is around 7:30.

Now after probably reading the answer to this more than enough times, I want to make sure that I have this right and I should strech at the upper angles however, regarding the DLD Blasters, if i do these, I shuld be at 9:00 and higher to attack the tunica or is this strictly going to reinforce the ligs?

Again sorry for bringing this up once more but all this reading hurt my head.

You have it correct. Stretching above your LOT, either with or without blasters is the ticket. The kegal portion of the blasters will work better for you.

I thought my LOT was 6:00, but now I’m confused all over again on LOT. Lot is the angle at which you no longer feel the PC tugback, am I correct?

It is the angle that you can no longer see the tugback.

Anyone expaine how to do tunica and lig streatching. what is the differnce between two.
