Applying heat with girth routine.

Many apply heat when pumping and clamping. I seen the difference when applying heat; a much more favorable difference. I take a bowl of water and microwave it for 5 minutes then dip a cloth in the water for my hot compress when pe-ing. As time goes by the water cools down and I have to heat more water; this is a burden. Is there an electric hot compress for an alternative?

A rice sock retains heat longer. Also I find that fowfers warm things up as well.

Walgreens website sells a electric heating pad you can set temp digitally. I have been using an electric heating pad for my hanging, when I get to desired length, I will be using this same method for girth. It is washable and temp remains constant. Might work for you.

Bori, I use almost the same method as you. My tap water can get very hot very quickly. So I heat up the cloth and put it on my dick, when I feel that the cloth is losing heat I just turn back on the tap and let the water heat it up again. And repeat.

Hey king how many fowfer do you do before your PE session?? Man I think this may be the reason that I am not gaining lenght, because I really don’t know why I am not gaining.
