Are my gains from the stretching, jelqing, or both?

I’ve made some decent gains in the past several months. I’ve gone from 7.0” BPEL X 5.25” EG to 7.5” BPEL X 5.25” EG. All length, obviously. My routine is simple. Approximately five minutes of stretching. Straight down, then left, then right. Then, 50 slow dry jelqs. That’s it. Anyway, I was curious as to which of the two, if not both, where the most responsible for my gains. Not that I plan on changing up anything. Murphy said, “If it’s stupid but works, it isn’t stupid.”

Congratulations on your gains! You’re the guy I’m going to point to in the future when someone says “I’d like to PE, but I have limited time/privacy. Can I gain?” The answer is yes, and you’re the proof.

My guess is that it’s not the stretching OR the jelqing that is responsible for your gains. My guess is that it’s both of them together. You can gain by pure stretching or by pure jelqing, but I think that doing both is giving you more than the sum of the individual exercises.

I think that some gains you definitely made from your increased level of erection.

Am wondering about the combination of jelqing and stretching: is it necessary to combine them in the same session, or is it okay to (like I’m doing today) jelq in the morning and stretch in the afternoon? Actually sort of an important point, for those of us whose schedules don’t allow big chunks of time for PE

My PE sessions take 30-40 minutes. I do it Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

Change to 2 on 1 off and by the way RTFM( aka newbie routine)

A combo of both. IMO jelqs initially help to improve erection quality and actually fully engorge your penis with every erection, and later is when actual gains occur

It’s OK to do these separately; it’s not necessary to combine them in the same session. Some only jelq, and do no stretching. Some only stretch, and do not jelq. Either can potentially be productive alone. The bottom line is what produces results for you, and gives you positive PIs.

How much time are you putting in jelqing in the morning and stretching in the afternoon?

If you are not seeing the results that you want to see from your current routine, you might want to think about taking the same amount of time, but splitting it between jelqing and stretching in each session. It’s the same total time invested, but I think that it would be more effective.

Example: if you were doing five minutes of jelqing in the morning and five minutes of stretching in the afternoon, instead do 2 1/2 minutes of jelqing and 2 1/2 minutes of stretching, for a total of five minutes, in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Thanks for the reply. Right now I’m doing a combination of all of the above - sometimes combine jelqing and stretching, sometimes break them up. Even if I stretch together with my a.m. jelqing, though, I tend to also do 30-second stretches throughout the day (maybe 3 sessions, 2-3 min each), except on rest days. Despite not having gained previously - having taken a decon break and now starting to PE again - I find myself feeling as hopeful as a newbie again. One reason is that for some reason, jelqing and especially stretching actually feel good now, whereas they didn’t before. Not sure if this is a good sign or not, but I’m going to say it is, and use it to stay positive!

It is the slow 50 wet jelqs, great gains!

He did, oh, well I never really did dry jelqs all that much, my dick tends to be on the dry side anyway. Some people claim dry jelqs are more effective. I say it is the slowness and quality of the jelq. Dry jelqs are easier for un-cut men.

You hit it right on the money, kingpole. The slowness and quality of the jelq is what you need to target. I used to do them fast and saw virtually no gains at all. I started to slow, quality jelqs and my gains thus far have been great. Slow and steady wins the race.
