First of, I’ll start of saying hi to everyone, Hi.

Second, I apologize if I make gramattical errors, as I’m used to typing without hitting the shift button, for all you that go nuts on the newbies.

I’ve been reading these forums for a little while now, I had tried PE before about 2 years ago after I subscribed to some site called PenileFitness.com or at least i think it was. I gave up on it cause I’m guessing I wasn’t doing it right at first and I feared damage to my member. I’ve recently decided to give it another shot cause I’m becoming fed up with not being in the ‘huge’ category. I have never had anything but good compliments so I suppose i have no reason to think that way, but I do. I have a very nice looking member and I know how to use it very well. Sorry, no pics, I would like to remain anonymous for now, maybe later on however after I see some gains, hopefully.

My stats are 7.5 bpel (7 nbp) and about 5.3-5.5 girth (varies at times it seems), based off of the LOT chart i’m assuming i’m at about a 7, which looks bad, unfortunately for me since i want an additional 2 inches. I don’t care too much for getting a much bigger girth as I love blowjobs, but I plan on working on that slightly as well, maybe to about 6.

Hopefully I’m measuring LOT correctly, it’s the angle at which you cannot ‘see’ tugback at all, not just the gradual loss of it. If anyone can confirm this thanks, as there has been so much confusion in the LOT posts it started to confuse me.

Now assuming my LOT is 7, I also want to work on my tunica mainly correct? I have looked and found that I should do modified A stretches and pull in an upwards fashing when stretching, as if directed towards my chest and such?

I have tried looking for various other ways of stretching the tunica but everytime I do a search, as all of you know, it just looks for the word to appear anywhere, and i keep getting lost. If anyone of you can suggest more exercises in which would be a great help to stretching the tunica and helping me achieve the quickest gains possible for length I would be thankful. I’m assuming DLD must know great routines for stretching his tunica if he’s still growing at a rapid rate as it seems, if anyone knows how routine could they please post?

Also, I have considered the possibility of hanging to help with length gains. Can anyone please tell me what I can expect to gain combining this with manual stretches? From what I’ve seen, most people gain about a 1/4” a month from hanging steadily, or at least for the first month or two. Also, I’m curious as to LOT affects the gains made by hanging, hopefully not as I would just become more frustrated (which i know is bad for PE).

I can make a good deal of time, particularly after this month when i’ll stop working and have 4 months off, and can find enough time to do the workouts. So do not worry about time available.

If at all possible, I’m asking for a bit of wisdom from those who are similar to my LOT and focused on length gains and making process, good or bad. I want to know as many possible exercises I can do to achieve success with this, and any possible suggested routines. I just started to PE once again about a week or so ago. Right now my routine is:

Warm Wrap for about 5-10 mins.

Manual Stretch, 30 seconds up towards chest, 30 up and to the right, 30 up and to the left, 30 to right, 30 to the left, 30 downward, and 30 outward, and repeat again.

Then about 200-300 wet jelqs upward, then about 100-150 to the top left, 100-150 top right, 100-150 downward, 100 outward

I also try to do 90 sec worth of A-stretches during various times of the day and slight manual stretches.

I hope to find a way to make great gains in as little as possible time, i do all directions as I read someone did that in his routine before, sorry I can’t remember the name for the credit, and I believe it would be best to work all angles. Also i was still unsure where to focus on entirely.

You said that you feared that you were causing damage to your member, and that you use Penilefitness.com’s guide. I too started out with this guide (Version 7 I believe)*I, erm, didn’t buy it, so to speak* anyways, I read their description of a Jelq and I began practicing this technique.

I found myself jelqing the shaft as well as the head. This is the way I thought it was explained to me. After a few sessions in a row were cut short by a sharp, instant pain which caused me to go completely flaccid in a matter of milliseconds, I gave up and decided to take some time off and find some better info on PE.

I was just curious if you had a problem like this. I am near 100% sure that I didn’t cause any permanent damage, and I hope the same is true for you.

As for your LOT questions, I too have a very low LOT and I have found success using V stretches and I have always felt a good burn during rotary stretching. My routine consists entirely of Jelqing and Stretching, and I have seen modest results, which is great considering my consistency over the past year. Right now, I try to spend 45 minutes on PE (30 mins stretching, 15 jelq) 6 days/week and I feel great!

I can’t exactly remember clearly what happened before, but i knew my head got stiff and it lasted for a while or so so i quit it, everything healed fine.

Thanks for suggesting the V-stretches and rotary stretching, I’ll be sure to add it.

Hi lost, welcome to Thunder’s Place! Sounds like you’ve done your research and know what you want. That should help you achieve your gains since your efforts will be focused based on your specific needs. I answered as many of your questions as I could. I’m sure someone else will chime in with the rest.

Even if you don’t share them with us, it’s nice to keep them for yourself. Sometimes our brains don’t believe our rulers (especially Swedish ones), but we can’t deny what we see in a picture.

Even with a LOT of 7:00, the possibility to add 2 inches is there, it just might take a bit longer.

Yeah, I still get it twisted sometimes. I set my LOT at the point where I can no longer ‘see’ tugback.

If you haven’t already, check out the Tech Tips For Thunder’s Place thread. Might give you a tip or two for narrowing down your searches.

Hanging is not just for the ligs. Hanging SO (straight out) and OTS (over the shoulder) applies stress to the Tunica. Many consider hanging much more effective than manual stretching. I personally do both because I have the time. :)

That’s a lot of jelqing. My recommendation would be to cut the reps of each set in half. Other than that, it sounds like a good routine to start with. You could use this routine for a while to let your dick become acclimated to the additional stress, then move up to hanging when you get the 4 months off.

I hope to find a way to make great gains in as little as possible time.
As we all do. This isn’t an overnight process, it takes a lot of time and work. Try not to get discouraged by expecting too much too soon.
