Back pain during and after PE

Back pain during and after PE

Hello,

Now it is almost 2 years that I PE, 1 year jelking and 1 year pumping and jelking….I cannot PE in regular way because some times I have some back pain…I have tried and trying to do some back exercicies to reenforce my back within yoga and swimming but it is not so effective. Does any one of you had or are experiencing the same conditions ?????

Thank you

Dansan

Try an exercise like back bridges to really strengthen up the lumbar region. Your situation sounds kinda weird. I don’t know much about hernias, but I know that they have something to do with back pain and the reproductive tract.

It could be a mild hernia, but I could also be so full of crap it’s leaking out my fingers onto the keyboard and into the forum. If that’s the case, do be a sport and disregard the smell.

I going to guess that you are experiencing lower back pain?

What has helped me the most is doing circuit weight training that includes squats and also doing exercises for the core like sit ups, crunches and back extensions.

Visit a gym.

I also get back pains when jelqing. I’ve found that it helps to get up and walk around during my sets. The problem is that jelqing while sitting puts your body in a strange position. YOu’re thrusting your hips out, yet leaning forward. Your arms are in front of you, which means your back has to support their weight.

It would be cool to create some brace for holding your upper body in place. It would look like the pads on a crunch machine—pushing right in the middle of your chest. That would allow you to lean forward while having the brace support the weight of your torso and the bending moment imposed by the weight of your arms.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

thanks for your comments,

Yes it is a lover back pain, around the coccys. I am trying several exercices and also I massage this region after each session.

Sorry to dredge up this old thread, but I’m having a similar issue. After performing manual stretches (which is pretty much all I do), I end up with lower back pain.
It’s not from posture or anything like that, it feels like pulling on the penis is stressing something deep within the body somewhere in the area of the lower back. I’ve stared at images of the internals - I can’t really tell what this could be.

… And this is without stretching too hard - or at least I think I’m not

For now, until I figure it out, no more length exercises for me (I can still do girth). It’s a shame because I made some incredible newbie gains: I started in Dec 2017 with a BPEL of around 5.75” and now I’m seeing 6.75” and very close to 7 if I have raging hard wood.

Does anyone know what this pain could be? BTW, the pain lasts for several days after a manual stretching session, so even if I stop, I have to wait for something in there to heal, it seems like.

Thanks for any insights!

Well, looks like I’m the only one with this lower back pain condition. I also asked about this on the AJelqForYou sub-reddit a while back, and got no responses there either. This concerns me, because I really should go to the Dr. Because this sounds unique to me. But I don’t really want to explain how when I stretch my penis, it causes semi-long-lasting lower back pain; we know what the response will be. (Patient: “It hurts when I do this” / Dr: “Don’t do that”). The pain does go away in 2 weeks or so after the last manual stretch session.

Well there’s always the exciting world of girth development. I’m at 5” - I’ll spend my time getting to 6” there, and never stretch it again.

What direction are you stretching in ?

Usually either straight out, or down, or to the left/right (sort of simulating how the Phallosan extender pulls).

I don’t pull up very often. Also: I always stretch completely flaccid.

seated or standing ?

Usually standing (as in the shower, or just out of the shower), or laying on my back and/or side in bed. A nice maneuver while on my back in bed (I thought) is to stretch the flaccid to the max and sort of “attach” my stretching hand to the thigh of one of my legs (which are bent, with feet flat) if you can picture that. The thigh helps to steady and focus the stretching hand.

Wow this stuff sounds bizarre when describing it to someone.

Is it usually a ‘toothache’ type pain across the top of your sacrum, right at the base of your spine?
Make sure you keep your natural lower-lumbar curve while stretching, (don’t bend over by rounding your back, keep your lower back arched). If you have a posterior pelvic tilt (as you would have when thrusting forward into a vagina) you are far more likely to get back pain from stretching.

Stretching upwards is more likely to cause back pain, but any stretching with a posterior pelvic tilt easily can cause pain as it stretches the lumbar nerves. Have a look at the pudendal nerve course on an anatomy picture to see what I’m saying.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

You beat me too it FG and said it better than I could as well :)
