I’m curious why people say hanging affects base girth, when stretching doesn’t seem to. What is the physiological difference or is it just a function of time? I’m out to gain BASE and nothing else. I want to avoid hanging at all costs, because I simply don’t have the time.

Probably because most guys hang lots more weight than they apply when using manual stretches. Myself personally, I stretch pretty hard and for rather long amounts of time. I too am trying to avoid hanging. I’ve done it before but it’s just too much time to invest in setting up, doing the hanging, and putting everything away. So I’m hoping doing the manuals like I am now whenever I have free time (watching TV, reading, etc) will keep me motivated to continue because it’s less of a hassle.

Hanging is labour intensive, but well worth the effort when done correctly.

The best lig stretch i ever felt was from hanging. Maybe its time to give it a whirl again, my last quarter inch length gain was from HOURS of manual. Maybe a thousand.

Hanging either takes hours out of your day or only a few minutes. It all depends on your lifestyle. If you have privacy and spend lots of time in front of a desk then you can multitask the crap out of it.

The way I see it, I am putting at least 15lbs of tension on my penis by just grabbing it with an overhand grip, extending my arm and doing kind of a reverse v stretch.. And just holding it there. I can do it indefinitely without getting tired. I’ll do it for 20 minutes straight down, then bundle a little for another 20 minutes, then bundle some more. It never gets uncomfortable. Well.. Sometimes my hand goes to sleep but the penis never gets cold or turns blue. I can get up and go to the bathroom, answer the door, let the dog out, etc.

I’m not saying hanging is bad, just for me I couldn’t dedicate the time. Maybe in the future I will be able to but for now I want to see how far I can get the manual route. So far, the positive PI’s are encouraging.

It is great to gain from manual. But once you have a Bib attached properly, and not to put too fine a point on it, but your dick is fuller and longer to work with, the hanging smooths out. It’s like adding horsepower to a car, the way I see it. You are setting up a greater base of force. The deformation from a twenty minute straight down weighted hang is not to be underestimated. I am in great shape, but my arms can’t deliver on command like that. It’s like a human fighting a cyborg in an endurance contest. Manual=human. Hanger=cyborg. The machine doesn’t tire, it delivers a whole shitload of results, and breaks you through to mega-cock land, according to some of the guys around here.

And if you measure above 7, you are not average. You blow the average right the hell away and are so proud you make porn, etc. It’s the 6 and under out there who aren’t on camera, EVER. But they are ninety percent of dicks.

I will say, that when I started PE I wasn’t willing to invest in a Bib right off the bat, so I used the pipe clamp that many others have used. Same concept I guess but not as padded or as comfortable.
