So here’s the thing. Been at this a few months, and while I don’t have a measurable increase, I see a visual increase in my midshaft compared to the base. I’ve been doing reverse squeezes (top down) to help even out things, but what are some other things that target the base? I’m not yet to carnival baseball bat status, but I’d like to cut that off at the pass. I’d like a nice missile for proper intercontinental ballistic invaginal destruction. Think of it as my Ball Wars plan (for those who remember that dude named Reagan.)

I’ve seen hangers claim a widened base. Reverse kegels/squeezes? What else? Clamping or some such, maybe?

I’ve been hanging for a while. I notice a base thickening when I do fulcrum hanging.

Fulcrum bends perhaps same effect? I.e. Orange bends? I do these but not always. Maybe up the dosage or switch to hanging this summer.

Although I haven’t measured technically, I’ve noticed by touch and visual that my base has gotten a little wider from grabbing deeper into my pelvis and stretching from there. I use a reverse ok grip which seems to allow me to push further into the base. I use a little more force than regular stretches, but cut the time I hold in half. I think this helps pull more of the “inner” penis out which for me is thicker than the rest of my shaft. I typically do a few sets at the beginning of any workout and it starts my hang for normal stretches. After I do some windmills. Not sure if the windmills do much but it’s pretty entertaining to me. Especially when I run around the room and act like a helicopter 😊

I actually gained the most girth at the base. C grips and overhand grips as deep into pelvis as possible was what worked for me.

+1 on hanging for base girth.

Also, if you’re really brave and stupid, you can pump with a slightly oversize cylinder, like .25” wider than you need. Your base will try to seal the tube and even if it can’t, it’ll try to rise to the occasion. I’m pretty sure I squeezed base girth out of that, as well. It was a poor choice on my part, as I merely wanted to believe I was much larger than I happened to be at the time.

Pump manufacturers make a ton of money on guys like us, because we will pick the larger cylinder out of egotism and try and make it work. This is how I found what I did about pumping. Though, pump with care if using it for base girth. It’s tempting to hit it hard on the pressure.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I read a post on here the other day talking about kegel stretches. The op stated that base girth was increased substantially from these.
