I recently took a break as I was going quite hardcore before I stopped (Manual Stretches, Jelqing and intense clamping)
However, just before I stopped and since I have done I’ve notice a massive shrink in my penis, my girth is gone and length is a little weaker, as are erections…

I know these sound like negative PI’s but they happened mostly AFTER I stopped…isn’t that weird? Or have I just pushed it too far and need to take it easier?

It just feels like without PE my dick is worth nothing :’(

Sacred, I took a two month break and my girth disappeared also. However, when I picked back up, it was back after only two weeks and is starting to go up again. I think lost gains seem to come back pretty easily. At least for me. Sounds like you may have over trained also. How were your rest days before stopping?

I think one should at least stretch, do bed fowfers at work or something during a break at least one day week to prevent shrinkage.
